  1. Thank you for the reply. I also had the same thinking since it uses a different system to vanilla arrest system. Even used MoreControlV to lock my vehicle however, the ped overrides that and still gets out and opens the driver door with handcuffs behind their back.
  2. Hi All, I've done some further testing and the issue I'm having is more common arresting a ped off the street at random. This is using vanilla LSPDFR with no further modifications including, LSPD5. It appears LSPD5 is not the issue. Could be a bug in the plugin but it's very odd and rare. Here's how I managed to reproduce this issue. 1) Select a ped walking on street at random 2) Perform a vanilla arrest using "E" key 3) Grab the suspect and walk up to your vehicle 4) Release the suspect to use "E" key to open rear door 5) Re grab the suspect and escort them to the open door 6) Use "E" key again to place suspect into your vehicle 7) Walk to the other side of the door to close 8)) Walk away from vehicle (roughly 1m) 9) Suspect will get out with hands still behind their back with the handcuff prop still attached. 10) In some instances, the ped walks around your vehicle to the drivers door and magically opens the door with no hand animations as handcuffs are still behind their back 10b) Ped would drive your vehicle with handcuff behind back stance clearly visible as they drive off In some occasions picking a random ped off the street, this issue does not re produce. It is like 50/50. When I arrest a ped as part of a callout (vanilla) and traffic stop (vanilla), it is very rare this issue will happen. Maybe because they are linked to that callout or traffic stop? I do see alot of "goto" tasks spamming the console after the ped has been arrested. I don't know if this is related to the arrested ped. I then tried adding the plugins/mods I use for LSPDFR and noticed using stop the ped, patting down the ped before you place them into the vehicle reduces my error alot. This is weird how my issue happens in vanilla. Again, maybe stop the ped removes coding or technical behind the scenes that removes any standard GTA programming of that ped (as if gta v is no longer giving them commands, LSPDFR takes control. To be honest, it's a issue I no longer have any solutions for. I have even gone and re installed GTA V, re downloaded a fresh LSPDFR just in case of missing or corrupted files. I still have the issue. Honestly, it's weird. If it was a bug with LSPDFR I'm sure there be more report's of this, I can't find many people having same issue as me. It has to be my end Appreciate your assistance in this. All it does it annoy and breaks the immersion really. It is fixable by grabbing the ped and putting them back in. Never had them leave the vehicle twice. EDIT 1: I just noticed TrainerV I'd always use to speed things up when testing. All cars I used to test this issue were spawned from the trainer not LSPDFR. Maybe the ped does not recognize the car spawned is assigned to me or LSPDFR and just sees it as another prop. I'll try testing using a car from LSPDFR garage. Could be conflicting. EDIT 2) I'll try and get a video of the steps leading up to the issue from loading into the game to placing the ped into the car. Maybe someone will spot something I'm doing wrong.
  3. Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows a solution of a issue I'm having with arresting peds? Weirdly, when I place arrested peds into the back of my police car, I will walk away and they will get out of the car either attempt to drive away in my car or just stand outside the car. I did have stop the ped interaction plus and LS Presistence installed but as a test I disabled every plugins, mods and custom game files (just a vanilla GTA V and LSPDFR) this issue would still occur. I have read few topics there was conflictions with stop the ped and LS Presistence however, in a vanilla game, arrested peds just escape back of the car. I have also tried a full re install of LSPDFR and Rage. Any ideas? Thanks, Liam
