In your vocaldispatch ini there is this //The distance from the player backup will spawn - lower numbers are quicker but less realistic. This only affects internal VocalDispatch functions, not any external functions VocalDispatch uses from other plugins. MinimumSpawnDistance=300 I don't know for sure, but maybe adjusting it down to something like 50 or 100 might help?

This is my first uploads, be kind! This is just some simple backgrounds I threw together for my own use with PieRGud's Computer+ . I thought some other people might enjoy them, so I figured I'd put them out there. As a note, my visual art skills are not the best, and so I know these are not as refined as they could be. If anyone wants to volunteer to clean them up in a better program, I'd be forever in your debt. I looked to see if any of the art I used had statements stating it cannot be reuploaded and I didn't find any, however, if you are the original artist of content used in these and I did not credit you or I did and you want it removed, I will do so. Installation is simple and is detailed in the readme, as are credits. Feel free to modify as you wish. I don't care if people reupload but please, if you do, credit the people who have actual artistic skill. I don't care about any credit myself. -

Its in "policesmartradio.xml" inside the vocaldispatch folder, that xml is included with police smart radio. Its called "pedcheck". <Phrase Event="PoliceSmartRadio.PedCheck" Priority="5"> <Word PreferredText="requesting" AcceptedAlternates="need,request,roll" /> <Word PreferredText="ped" AcceptedAlternates="person"/> <Word PreferredText="check" AcceptedAlternates="record"/> </Phrase> I usually phrase it as "requesting person check" and it works. If you dont have that xml, maybe redownload police smart radio, since it should be there.

After you press alt and it works the first time, do you see a message in the bottom left that says something to the effect of "didn't copy" I've noticed that if you press alt and then don't give it any input it just listens forever. I discovered this because my mic was muted at one point while I was attempting to use it. If it's still listening, then pressing the push to talk button again won't activate the radio, since its already active. So I'd recommend checking your mic to ensure its working, pressing alt and speaking and seeing if you do see the "dispatch didnt copy" message or if it works.

Thank you for that. I did go through the vehicles.meta and ensure each car had both flags and was the correct class. However, it still doesn't allow the computer+ to be accessed. It DOES allow the LSPDFR computer to be accessed, however, so I'm thinking the issue isn't with LSPDFR reading it as a police vehicle, but rather in the computer+ ini. Any stock in game emergency slot works fine, but anything I added on my own does not. I'm going to attempt to change the names of my vehicles to those provided in the computer+ ini (policelsia, , policeport, ect) and see what happens then. Edit: Using the provided names in the computer+ ini does not work either. -

This is such a wonderful and awesome plugin. I had a question in regards to getting the computer to work with addon vehicles. What I'm attempting to do is assign all the correct backgrounds to my police units that I'll be driving, and so what I did was add them into the game under a unique name, not replacing an existing vehicle, added them to my vehicles.meta, and then set their name on the computer+ ini file with the appropriate background. The meta for all of the vehicle is the same and was copied from a vanilla law enforcement vehicle. However, in game, when I go on duty, I can not actually access the computer in any of my addon vehicles. I can in the vanilla vehicles with no issue. Will this plugin support addon vehicles? If so, Im obviously doing something wrong. Below are the relevant bits of my vehicles.meta and computer+ ini. If anyone wouldn't mind taking a look at them? Now, I'm pretty new at this, so I'm sure this is a case of user error lol. Thank you! I am very sorry for the length of the section below. -
EUP Addons and community modifications

So EUP is working fine, however, any new uniforms I try to add are not. I've replaced the files as indicated in the various readmes of the packages I've downloaded but when using EUP menu, those items do not appear, its always the base EUP-provided items. I just don't see how this can be since I'm literally replacing files. I noticed in the OP the provided file path for EUP editing is mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages This is not where EUP installed itself on my computer using the package installer and OpenIV. I installed directly to my game folder because it seems to work better but I've installed to the mods folder previously, and the file path is update/update.rpf/x64/eup/ Which has eup.componentspeds.rpf, eup.componentspeds_p.rpf, and script_txds.rpf Is this the problem? Is it somehow installed in the wrong place? I wonder but the installation instructions for several uniforms reference my file path, so maybe its because the OP is referring to an older version of EUP? I just don't know, and I'm pretty new to modding GTA V. Someone, please tell me what I'm doing wrong because I'm sure the fault is on my end and not the mods. Thank you Edit: I....think I discovered the problem, and its that I'm blind.....I did not see the "change texture" option and so now i'm wondering if thats it! -
An update Installing my vehicles to my game files and not mods folder seems to have solved that problem and I was playing, with all my plugins, for several hours without any issues I came back to it today, changed nothing, and am now getting both the Rage.vehicle is invalid and now Rage.PedInventory is invalid., it seems to be random which one I get but no matter what I do, this happens on start. Any help is greatly appreciated. New error log: https://pastebin.com/qJBzdFbg Edit: Let me list my plugins in no particular order Search Warrant Computer+ and additional images Assorted Callouts Basic Callouts Cop holster ELS EUP, both packs, plus EUP menu Interaction LSPDFR+ PoliceSmartRadio SpeedRadarLite Stop the Ped (newest version) Traffic policer Ultimate backup (newest version) Vocal dispatch I had added a gun sound replacer and ViV visuals to my mod folder. Could that be the problem? Having things in both the game files and mod folder? At this point, I uninstalled ViV and deleted my mods folder, no change. All of these items were working completely fine until about 30 minutes ago when I quit the game to make a minor change to computer+'s citations/arrest xml files. Even though I'm sure I did it correctly, I still replaced the files I edited with backups and the error persists. I have completely reinstalled LSPDFR. I'd like to avoid reinstalling GTA V, again, for the 5th time since Friday lol Again, any help is appreciated.

"loadplugin" odf console command So I have been having a hell of a time getting LSPDFR set up. Trying to get the vehicles, skins and add-ons I want all put together always seems to create an issue. Now, of course, the more content, the more likely it becomes that conflicts will arise, and really, I'm not complaining, but this doesn't make any sense. So after my 4th complete reinstall in 3 days I was adding vehicles and started getting a LSPDFR.dll right at the start of the game. Trying to relaunch doesn't work because typing "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll" gets me "invalid call to console command "loadplugin": invalid argument specified for parameter "reloadwhenmodified" of console command "loadplugin" .....so I remove all my vehicles from my vehicles.rpf, still crashes. Okay, remove the entire contents of my mods folder, adding the vehicles was the only thing I had done anyway, no plugins or anything. Still crashes. Okay, remove LSPDFR from the computer and reinstall, and try and run JUST that. Still crashes. Whats going on here? https://pastebin.com/3z8bWMWs Edit to add: I did manage to get the game working with patchday20ng in my mods folder, but as soon as I add any custom vehicle, the LSPDFR.dll crash at start happens again.

Awesome skins here, but I'm having some difficulty. I followed the instructions exactly, to the best of my knowledge, but I can not seem to find these textures using the EUP menu. I DID find the coat under tops, but none of the other items show up. I don't know if you, or anyone else, is still watching this file, but any help would be appreciated as I'm at a loss.

Hey man, awesome mod and skins, but I had a question. I have several skins on this vehicle, and the reflective Palteo Bay decal appears on all of them, which is undesirable. Deleting the reflective texture caused it to do some wacky things, like applying the red and yellow tiles from "tir3" to the livery. I'm at a loss on how to fix this, would you mind assisting please? I can get a screencap of it without the reflective file too if needed. -
Emergency Uniforms Pack - Support

I do apologize for having to ask this question. Further, if this is the wrong place to ask, I also apologize. I was attempting to install this EUP addon pack and I am sure I followed the readme instructions exactly, replacing each file with the new texture and ensuring they saved. However, once in the game, I can not find those textures using the EUP menu. I am at a loss as to what could be wrong/what I've done wrong, and so any help with be appreciated. ) -
So this is, without a doubt, one of the coolest things I've seen. I was a dispatcher for about ten years, and Ive been screwing around with the xml sheets adding and tweaking things to the way i'm used to doing them haha! Question. Do you think it would be possible/how hard would it be to get the "dispatcher" to respond with the time on the generic responses? Can it pull the time from the game? Can those recordings be added, or are their existing recordings that could be used for that? Just a neat thought I had, but I wouldnt have the first idea on how to do something like that. Either way, brilliant work, thank you very much!
