I did extract the files after downloading, actually. I tried downloading it again and drag-and-dropped the files without extracting and it works fine. I've never actually had extracting files from an archive do that to me before so it threw me for a loop. Thanks for pointing that out though!

Really like the look of this pack but I think an update messed it up. After I click and drag the files in OpenIV nothing changes. I've made sure that Edit Mode is turned on, I even tried redownloading the pack. This goes for both replacing the ped models as well as adding in the new EUP textures. Also the .txt readme for adding in the SAHP peds doesn't work. I took some screenshots of the ped .ytd's to help clarify. The first picture is what's in my regular x64e.rpf, unmodded. The second is in my mods folder after I've dropped the modded files in. Maybe I'm doing something wrong here but I can't imagine what.
