I have not found a solution and as @OfficerBenzo mentioned, it is unlikely a fix will be presented as this issue has remained over time.
With that being said, I just had to deal with not using Menyoo even though the object spooner was a very useful tool.

One of the issues is that when I would call in backup with ultimate backup, in some areas of the map, the backup won't spawn correctly. I drove around and found the police car and the 2 officers spawned but just idle. The officers were the default peds (bald with the blue shirt). I checked my RPH log and ultimate backed logged this "ATTENTION!!! RPH cannot spawn any vehicles or peds. Please make sure your model is valid. If this only happens on certain areas, It might be caused by 'Bermuda Triangle' bug. Try to reinstall GTA V to fix the issue." I have tried reinstalling, but that didn't work.
The second issue is in some areas of the map, I cannot interact with any entities/peds with menyoo spooner. This is mainly around the mission row police department, and some officers inside were also the default model (bald and blue top).
So obviously after looking at other forum posts, people said menyoo is the issue. So I removed it and it works now. Is there any kind of fix, so I can still use menyoo? If not, are there any other mods that have a function similar to menyoo spooner? Also, I have attached my log file.

It's up to you, there is really no difference between the steam version, the retail version, and the epic games version. Just get whatever is cheaper, I guess XD.

Hi there,
For LSPDFR, Agencies and Duty Selections are changed in "Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr/data/custom". You may have custom files in there that are causing this. You can edit those files and change it to suit your needs. Also, do you use EUPFR Basic Configurations? Because EUPFR doesn't add BCSO as an agency. If there are no files in your "custom" folder, you may need to redownload LSPDFR and locate the "data" folder from the new download and replace with your current one. If you don't know how to properly setup and change custom files, you can find loads of tutorials on YouTube, and on this website.

Hi there,
By any chance, do you have "YobbinCallouts" installed? If so, try removing it and see if that changes anything. If it still crashes, please send another log with YobbinCallouts removed.

Have you made any changes to the "police3" vehicle?
If not, you may need a clean installation of GTA V. If you have a clean backup of the game files, try installing LSPDFR into that and see what happens?
Judging by the logs, the issue is being caused by the "police3" vehicle. So if you have made any changes to it inside your "mods" folder, try renaming the folder to "_mods" this will disable the mods folder, and we can see if any changes caused the issue. -

For some reason, when I have EUP menu load on startup, it works with no issues. I only got this when I was trying to load it in-game with RPH console.
I should have all the latest files for RPH, EUP menu, and RageNativeUI.
I would double-check and reinstall RPH, EUP, etc. However, since it works now when I load it on startup, I will not bother. -

Howdy, when I'm on duty sometimes my LSPDFR Tab in the pause menu will glitch and my SP stats show. I notice this only happens when I go on duty at a PD. When I run the Force Duty command through the RPH console this doesn't happen. Also I notice when this glitch occurs some of my LSPDFR keys don't work, (When I go to pull somebody over by holding LShift nothing happens). I don't mind running the Force Duty command every time I want to get on/off duty but I prefer going to the PD to go on duty.

Well you saw the title, after about 20 minutes I try to do a ped check and my whole game crashes. That's right not just LSPDFR crash but RPH crashes, the game closes and I get "Grand Theft Auto V has crashed! Please wait for RAGE Plugin Hook to generate a crash report." Everything is up to date, I would appreciate if somebody could help me.

I noticed that this is only happing when I go on duty at the PD, if I use "Force Duty" it doesn't glitch.
Here are my plugins:
Arrest Manager, Computer+, LSPDFR+, PeterUCallouts, Police Smart Radio, Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup, VocalDispatch, Airport Callouts, ALPRLite, Assorted Callouts, Callout Manager, Common Callouts, ForceACallout, MoreRadioChatter, OTBCallouts, SpeedRadarLite, and Traffic Policer.
I know there are a lot of plugins lmao.

The keybinds at my safehouse are working, the keybinds to go on duty work, but the keybinds while I am on duty don't work. (Example, I hold LShift on my keyboard with my sirens to perform a traffic stop. The ped stops because I have my sirens on but doesn't pull over.) I don't know what is causing this problem but it's annoying because I want to use LSPDFR but I cant. I have not changed the LSPDFR config, I do have a lot of plugins installed maybe it's one of them causing the problem.

When EUP is updated, as are the places where the EUP items are installed. For instance, the previous EUP version may have had a different placeholder for the LSPD short sleeve shirt. When you load an outfit from an older version of EUP, it can show random clothing items instead of intended items that you had in the older version.
I understand this, but everything is updated so this shouldn't be happening.
Mabey a reinstall will do the trick.

Hi,
All you need to do to stop the LSPDFR menus from opening is to unbind them.
To do this, navigate to the lspdfr folder in your game directory and open the keys.ini file.
For the actions you do not want, just replace the bind with "None".
For example,
OLD - TRAFFICSTOP_INTERACT_Key=E
NEW - TRAFFICSTOP_INTERACT_Key=None
