  1. Do you have the shader/post fx/particals quality on high or above?
  2. Does it say when you're on the loading screen that lspdfr has loaded? if not then you've not added it correctly. click the rageplugin.exe once. then hold shift and double click it again, make sure 'load plugin on startup' and is checked. Then try to load rage within windowed/resized mode ( in the same settings area ) see if that loads rage/lspdfr. You can always go back to fullscreen later. Let me know if that loads lspdfr or rage.
  3. It will be a mod/plugin you've installed. Can't tell you which as each one differs, for example; a callout which has alot of emergency vehicles might lower your fps then a regular callout. But this is normal, some mods are intensive, some state that on the download page. To put it bluntly you can either remove some plugins/mods which you think are effecting it or upgrade your system.
  4. mind posting a video on your issue if possible?
  5. must be the plugins you've installed, if you didn't fully test the plugin after added you may need to start from scratch adding them to find out which one it is. If this just started recently remove the recent plugin & see if that's the issue.
  6. have backups to put it simply. so whichever gta v directory you're modding keep that named at 'grand theft auto V' for online just rename a copy to 'grand theft auto V online' that way you won't ever try to go online with modded files.
  7. Must of added it in the wrong place or you've got conflicting files. try removing it, if it still crashes then follow a tutorial to the T to make sure you're adding it correctly.
  8. adding vehicles within the mods folder is much simpler, i'd advise getting into that for future vehicles. Never experienced it crashing when adding it that way.
  9. Did you follow ablos1125's tutorial on adding els?
  10. Did you not have copys? i'm assuming you're trying to load regular gta v but have modded files still.
  11. Albo's should load fine if added correctly, are you following his tutorials?
  12. the blimp sound is an error loading the plugin, either you're adding it wrong or there's a bug with the plugin. add the mods 1 by 1 to find out which is the one with the issue.
  13. Don't believe so, strictly to the PC only as far as i'm aware.
  14. Yeah install them new, if that doesn't work & you have copys of ur gta v directory install lspdfr/rage/els on a fresh gta v. then install a vehicle and see what happens that way. This way you can see if another mod is making it go weird or it's one of those vehicles.
  15. do you have any other mods installed? & have you edited any vehicle files
  16. may be the els thing you changed, can you revert and try? ( make a backup of the file you changed )
  17. This might be what you're looking for, could only find one like this. https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/policelifes-alpha-online-control-panel-vehicle-gas-system-hunger-system-rank-system
  18. you need to toggle your siren too so it blips the siren for the ped to pull over, so whatever your siren key is. if you have els on i think you need to active lights to the light 3 then put siren on.
  19. hello, you just need to drag & drop the .awc file. i recommend checking albos guide;
  20. same time here buddy haha no problem. if you get chance to install lspdfr/rageplugin again do that first to see if that works. if not i'll check in this post tomorrow
  21. can you post your rageplugin log after the plugins loaded? that way we can see if it's been loaded or not. if it hasn't you may have added it to the wrong area or might be conflicting with another file.
