This is a comprehensive collection of charges and citations for CompuLite, there is a lot of charges that are realistic and actual statutes. It will take some time to get used to this because of the numerous amount of charges but once you learn to navigate it and find the charges you need and you will find them they are here then you will enjoy using it.
 
 
**WARRANTS** - There is not and will not be a charge added Labeled "WARRANT" as there is no such charge in any statute in any state, A warrant is simply a document issued by a court to authorize arrest of an individual for a charge in which the court found probable cause thru a sworn affidavit or criminal complaint to issue such warrant. If you get a ped with a wanted status you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her with whatever the charge is they are wanted for for example if you stop a ped for speeding and dispatch or CompuLite advises the ped is wanted for "Burglary" then you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her for Burglary and whatever offenses you have them for if any. There isnt an additional charge for "Warrant", so before you comment and ask the answer is no I will not add a Unrealistic non charge.
 
**WARNING CITATIONS** - When issuing a Warning Citation to ped make sure to UNCHECK the NOTICE TO APPEAR box if you dont uncheck the box then when you submit the Citation LSPDFR will CRASH. There is no fine amount or jail time assigned to a warning citation so there is no need for a court appearance anyway.
 
**RP DVP** - DVP (Domestic Violence Petition) There is 3 charges under the category labled FOR ROLE PLAY ONLY adn these charges are DVP (1) 30 Day (2) 90 Day and (3) 180 day and these are for random generation from CompuLite to the peds History.  So when you stop a ped for whatever reason and the ped has a firearm in his/her possession and has a valid permit for such when you run the ped thru CompuLite it may generate in the peds history a charge of DVP (30 Days) if so then you would validate it with the date it was issued in Compulite with the date it is at the time of your interaction with ped and if its less than 30 days then the DVP is active and the ped is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition therefore is in violation of the DVP and this goes the same for the 90days and 180days, just simply a little something extra to add to your gamplay
 
**DWI / DUI** - DWI = Driving While Intoxicated,  DUI = Driving Under the Influence of Narcotics. There are multiple DUI and DWI charges within these XML's theres 1st, 2nd and Felony 3rd offense and each one has a different penalty, there is also charges for DWI/DUI with bodily injury, death, property damage etc. etc. When you are charging a ped with DUI or DWI it is important to check the peds history in CompuLite to see if the ped has previous DUI/DWI charges that way you can charge the ped with the appropriate offense 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. The legal BAC is .08% however like in most states there is a substantially lower BAC for drivers who are under the legal drinking age of 21 or who possess a Commercial or CDL license and also for anyone who operates a motor cycle the legal BAC for these drivers is .04%. So keep in mind that using mods probably wont alert to the smell of alcohol if the driver is below .08% so i would ask questions !!
 
**(M), (F), (A)** - In the Charges XML you will see that all the charges either begin with a (M) or a (F) they simply identify if the charge is a (M)Misdemeanor or (F)Felony. In the Citations XML you will find that some Citations start with a (A) this is to let you know the citation is also an arrest-able offense and charge and it is your discretion to either arrest and charge the ped or Cite the ped (any Citation that has (A) there is also a Charge for it in the Charges XML) all arrest able citations are misdemeanors there is no option to cite and release a felony, all felony charges are thru arrest only.
To install go to GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR/CompuLite and simply drag and drop and replace default XML files

If your like me your tired of looking thru Charges only to not have what you need or for them to be totally mislabeled between what should be a felony and what should be a misdemeanor, there are a lot of charges and citations contained in this file all of which is useable in game. Most other files has a lot of Warrants cluttering up the menu this file has 2 (Active Felony Warrant and Active Misdemeanor Warrant) for the simple fact that the game chooses charges randomly when the person comes back with a active warrant on them so you arrest them and you either use one of those 2 or you simply add the charge to arrest report that was generated by the game. I really don't see the need to add all the warrant charges along with the rest, if you could issue a warrant and then track the person down then yes but you cant so why the clutter, but if you like that then there is plenty of other files by different authors out there, but if you want realistic, categorized correct charges and citations then you really want to check this one out.

Warrant for Arrest has been removed as I feel this isn't realistic to have in there since the warrant is for a specific crime it not necessary to have it when in reality they are only being charged for what the warrant is for not the warrant itself.

This is a comprehensive collection of charges and citations for CompuLite, there is a lot of charges that are realistic and actual statutes. It will take some time to get used to this because of the numerous amount of charges but once you learn to navigate it and find the charges you need and you will find them they are here then you will enjoy using it.
 
 
**WARRANTS** - There is not and will not be a charge added Labeled "WARRANT" as there is no such charge in any statute in any state, A warrant is simply a document issued by a court to authorize arrest of an individual for a charge in which the court found probable cause thru a sworn affidavit or criminal complaint to issue such warrant. If you get a ped with a wanted status you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her with whatever the charge is they are wanted for for example if you stop a ped for speeding and dispatch or CompuLite advises the ped is wanted for "Burglary" then you simply arrest the ped and charge him/her for Burglary and whatever offenses you have them for if any. There isnt an additional charge for "Warrant", so before you comment and ask the answer is no I will not add a Unrealistic non charge.
 
**WARNING CITATIONS** - When issuing a Warning Citation to ped make sure to UNCHECK the NOTICE TO APPEAR box if you dont uncheck the box then when you submit the Citation LSPDFR will CRASH. There is no fine amount or jail time assigned to a warning citation so there is no need for a court appearance anyway.
 
**RP DVP** - DVP (Domestic Violence Petition) There is 3 charges under the category labled FOR ROLE PLAY ONLY adn these charges are DVP (1) 30 Day (2) 90 Day and (3) 180 day and these are for random generation from CompuLite to the peds History.  So when you stop a ped for whatever reason and the ped has a firearm in his/her possession and has a valid permit for such when you run the ped thru CompuLite it may generate in the peds history a charge of DVP (30 Days) if so then you would validate it with the date it was issued in Compulite with the date it is at the time of your interaction with ped and if its less than 30 days then the DVP is active and the ped is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition therefore is in violation of the DVP and this goes the same for the 90days and 180days, just simply a little something extra to add to your gamplay
 
**DWI / DUI** - DWI = Driving While Intoxicated,  DUI = Driving Under the Influence of Narcotics. There are multiple DUI and DWI charges within these XML's theres 1st, 2nd and Felony 3rd offense and each one has a different penalty, there is also charges for DWI/DUI with bodily injury, death, property damage etc. etc. When you are charging a ped with DUI or DWI it is important to check the peds history in CompuLite to see if the ped has previous DUI/DWI charges that way you can charge the ped with the appropriate offense 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. The legal BAC is .08% however like in most states there is a substantially lower BAC for drivers who are under the legal drinking age of 21 or who possess a Commercial or CDL license and also for anyone who operates a motor cycle the legal BAC for these drivers is .04%. So keep in mind that using mods probably wont alert to the smell of alcohol if the driver is below .08% so i would ask questions !!
 
**(M), (F), (A)** - In the Charges XML you will see that all the charges either begin with a (M) or a (F) they simply identify if the charge is a (M)Misdemeanor or (F)Felony. In the Citations XML you will find that some Citations start with a (A) this is to let you know the citation is also an arrest-able offense and charge and it is your discretion to either arrest and charge the ped or Cite the ped (any Citation that has (A) there is also a Charge for it in the Charges XML) all arrest able citations are misdemeanors there is no option to cite and release a felony, all felony charges are thru arrest only.
To install go to GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR/CompuLite and simply drag and drop and replace default XML files

1. Intro
Before I say a few things about this mod, I would like to sincerely thank @chadc78 for his permission to edit and upload a simplified version of his mod.

As the title suggests, this is a simplified version of "Realistic Usable Charges & Citations for *CompuLite* 1.4.0". I have been playing LSPDFR for the past 2 weeks or so and I have been greatly enjoying it. I do like the RP aspect so I tried to find mods that would enhance my experience. That's when I came across @chadc78's mod. After a few playthrough's however, I realised that most of the citation's or charges, did not really apply to my style of gaming, never used them and I spent a great amount of time searching for Charges & Citations than playing. That's when I started tinkering with the original mod and I have simplified it down to the version I am releasing today which is PURELY addressed to the more CASUAL-RP gaming audience of LSPDFR!
 
2. The mod
A more detailed breakdown:
 
Moved a big amount of Charges & Citations to respective categories that are only used for RP. In other words, you will still come across suspects that have warrants for something that you would probably never cite or charge a suspect in your gameplay. More arrests, more fun  🙂 Re-ordered some of the categories, depending on how often I had to use them during my gameplay. Merged some categories while completely removing some of their entries or moving them to the RP categories. Added a few general Charges & Citations (Very few) You should experience a natural flow when you are browsing categories.  
STILL, although a simplified version, you will need a couple of playthroughs to get the hang of it. It is recommended that you have a quick readthrough before you very 1st playthrough of each and one of the categories under Charges & Citations.
 
3. Installation
Simply drag&drop the contents of the zip file directly to your GTAV root folder.
(Although not entirely sure, maybe you will have to backup and delete the "Charges" file which is found inside Compulite's folder at  "GTAV-->Plugins-->LSPDFR-->Compulite")
 
Important! In order to make use of this custom_charges_citations addition, you will need to download the CompuLite mod which was developed by Bejoijo. I am also suggesting to download StopThePed and UltimateBackup as well. All three mods have been made by Bejoijo and IMO if you want a true LSPDFR experience, you need that Holy-Trio! Links bellow:

Here's a bit of a change up from my normal work. This is something I had for personal use. I always found the tree cover, especially in Paleto Forest, quite minimal, so this adds over 5000+ trees to the map.
There are also some other props used on top of that, including some fun Easter eggs.  Paleto Bay has been mildly redone too, adding additional signs, trees and traffic lights that Rockstar missed out on.

Don't worry, I'll be returning to vehicles soon. This was just because a lot of people on Discord asked about it, and this is easier to share it than clogging up my MediaFire which is for *cough* very important projects.
 
As far as I'm aware, this doesn't cause massive texture loss or FPS loss on my PC, which is is Mid-Range. If you're having issues with this mod, then it's not up to me to fix it. I'd suggest searching other, better optimised forest mods.
ALSO, as far as I'm aware, there are no issues with scenario paths, such as planes (like the crop duster in Grapeseed) or any of the story missions.

This is the one file I don't mind being used in FiveM. Please feel free to use this in FiveM, just credit me 🙂

I've done a lot of fiddling around with how to layout things and I wanted a simple setup. Less is more, but more will come. 
For now though a Tahoe and a Taurus using Lundy's Whelen Edge. 
I designed a handling line for the Taurus. Mostly because almost all the "no-flip" handling lines I've found flipped on me and none were available in AWD. It's an front wheel favored AWD setup with some performance characteristics. I don't believe its too overpowered, considering the RL counterpart has a 0-60 of around 6 seconds. It also retains the GTA5 driving feel. I spent a lot of time racing around the map, and it's a very stable "no flip" line. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do. If you DO happen to flip the car, it was probably hitting a bump while turning at 100+mph...

Tahoe sunglass holder thingy is see through in 1st person.
Tahoe lower window lights are floating when you open the trunk. Also, trunks are empty for now.
Tahoe lightbar glass doesnt break, I dont know why, since both lightbars are setup exactly the same
Tahoe Rambar only collides with vehicles. Again, lost there since the Taurus one works and they're setup the same...

There are multiple DUI and DWI charges within these XML's theres 1st, 2nd and Felony 3rd offense and each one has a different penalty, there is also charges for DWI/DUI with bodily injury, death, property damage etc. etc. When you are charging a ped with DUI or DWI it is important to check the peds history in CompuLite to see if the ped has previous DUI/DWI charges that way you can charge the ped with the appropriate offense 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. The legal BAC is .08% however like in most states there is a substantially lower BAC for drivers who are under the legal drinking age of 21 or who possess a Commercial or CDL license and also for anyone who operates a motor cycle the legal BAC for these drivers is .04%. So keep in mind that using mods probably wont alert to the smell of alcohol if the driver is below .08% so i would ask questions !!
 
**(M), (F), (A)** - In the Charges XML you will see that all the charges either begin with a (M) or a (F) they simply identify if the charge is a (M)Misdemeanor or (F)Felony. In the Citations XML you will find that some Citations start with a (A) this is to let you know the citation is also an arrest-able offense and charge and it is your discretion to either arrest and charge the ped or Cite the ped (any Citation that has (A) there is also a Charge for it in the Charges XML) all arrest able citations are misdemeanors there is no option to cite and release a felony, all felony charges are thru arrest only.
To install go to GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR/CompuLite and simply drag and drop and replace default XML files

These XML's would be absolutely useless without the work and effort to develop such a great addition to LSPDFR like CompuLite from a great developer.
