Well God must've given me a dumb-dumb brain lmao. I uploaded the old file and not the updated one. You should see the updated file in a few hours.
It's all good lol. In the meantime I added the "Remove Cover [LB,RB,X,RT]" and that works, so no big deal.

I just submitted an update. You should see it in a few hours. Let me know if it fixed the issue!
At this time the updated file doesn't seem to be working either. I'm assuming five hours is enough time for the site to update?

I'm using set #14 which disables just the phone (all I need) and it's working wonderfully, so thanks for this! But when I tried adding the remove vehicle cover (RB), well, it's not working. How can I fix this?

I'm just curious if anyone has got this pack to work from a fresh install recently? Every time I try to add it my game crashes on startup. That's without ELS, without RPH launching from the get go, etc. His sheriff/FBI pack work fine though.

The lightbar on these cars is intended to emulate dual color. So because of that the lights are are set up in a way that if you change the colors to all blue a lot of patterns will end up just emitting a solid light. You have to find specific patterns that will work with all blues.
Makes sense, thanks for shedding light on the issue.
Would a fix be something you're willing to find? I know its not your problem and you probably have better, more enjoyable things you could be doing, but I would greatly appreciate the help in fixing this, because I absolutely love your cars. I just like the SAHP to have an all blue lighting setup. I'd be more than happy to make a small donation for the time and work as well.
Thanks in advance either way.

Has anyone else ran into the issue of replacing the default lights with all blue lighting, and when switching sirens the top/main light bar gets stuck to solid blue? It happens weather I change the ELS file or not. It seems to be an issue replacing the light textures themselves. @BradM; what says you?

not sure what your .xml file looks like but try this:
Same results, unfortunately. Like I said though, no big deal. It's still a superb model and is hardly ever seen without other blues on scene, so no biggie. I did, however, see a little blue dot in the top passenger side of the windshield. That's the only source of blue on the car, but there is no actual light there.

I sure did, thank you. Is updated now
Your truck works beautifully. Lights are ample (with Radiance V anyway), no weird texture issues that I've found, etc. The interior is a little wack, namely the steering wheel, but I never play first person, it's just something I check on every model for some reason. 5/5 from me.

I realize I'm almost a year late, but sometimes you just don't find these treasures new, ya know? Anyway, I replaced the file in the appropriate .ytd (it worked) and changed the one line from blue to red (it saved accordingly), but I still see some blue on the passenger side from this Tahoe even after both of these steps. Not a deal breaker, but it would be nice to fix. Do you (or anyone else) have any suggestions?

I think you forgot to include the ELS XML? At least, I can't find it. Anxiously awaiting the ELS file.

This isn't a bad model by any means, but there are two things I've noticed that are driving me crazy:
1) The environmental lighting shows what looks to be a yellow traffic pattern flash that is most noticeable at stage one, but less prominent as you advance the lighting stages, yet there are no yellow lights on the truck, and
2) the two lightbars at the front of the truck light up the rear of the truck and the rear environment as opposed to what is in front of you, and presumably what one is trying to highlight.
These two fixes and I'll gladly rate the truck 5/5.

[ELS] [ADD-ON] North Carolina State Highway Patrol Pack
in Vehicle Models

Being a North Carolinian myself, I love this pack. And while I don't speak for the author, those asking for red lights and an older Charger may not get it since NCSHP doesn't have either of those.
But great pack!
