Did something change? I have shut off my anti-virus and reinstalled probably 5 times trying to narrow it down to a plugin. But I can't seem to pin it down. Just keeps saying the LSPDFR dll file crashed. It only happens as soon as I go on duty.
Something had to have changed for this to suddenly start happening. I'm using the same plugins that I have always used without trouble. Also seems like I see many threads started over the past few weeks complaining about this kind of error.
Attached my RPH log

I'm getting the same thing. And I'm using the exact same plugins that I've been using for months. Not sure why all of a sudden, LSPDFR crashes when I go on duty.

I can't speak for other mods, but LSPDFR itself doesn't change any of GTA's core files, it only adds new ones.
Oh. Lol. Well that I already knew. But most people install other plugins on top of LSPDFR.

Do you mean LSPDFR?
LSPDFR itself doesn't change any existing files, only adding new ones. You can make a backup by just copying the GTA V folder (which I would recommend anyway), or, if you're just planning on using LSPDFR without other modifications, note which new files exist in the installation package, and you can remove them only to uninstall LSPDFR.
So when I adding files from the various Callout mods or smartradio, policer, etc, none of those files in the 'plugins' and 'lcpdfr' folders are changed or overwritten?

Oops. Yes.
Before I even install LSPDFR, I want to back up the GTAV directory just in case I need to start fresh again.
-
I did a clean install of GTAV (Steam)... how do I back it up before LSPDFR?
Is this even possible? Because I used to just copy all the files from the main GTAV directory and save them in another folder on a different drive.
Not so sure that works anymore. Is there a more efficient way? I just hate having to redownload another 80GB of data each time I want to clean things up.

No, to make mods for GTA V, it must be done in Zmodeler 3.
Are you gonna fix the lights so that it will have the 3 different stages of ELS?

That's actually what I meant. I do know ZDmodeler but only the older version.

Since I've found this model again, I will be creating different models of this bike starting with the LAPD version for my realistic pack.
Are you editting it in Sketchup? I don't know Blender but I do know Sketchup

Upon searching the downloads as I previously remember a bike as DEV, I finally found it, link below.
Click here! So, I guess this is not 'installable' since it's a Dev model.
I've built models of buildings for XPlane in Sketchup. But not sure if that still applies with this file. Any insight?

As far as I know the is very little chance of this, as That CHP pack was by TheHurk and he never released or gave out the bike so what we have is what we'll get, but this is as far as I know.
I have to believe that there is someone who's a little more gracious and doesn't mind sharing their work with the community without any grudge.

The most current and up to date BMW bike is the ELS model in the CHP pack. The problem is that I want to use it as a PD bike and not CHP. But the ELS lights are weird because all the stages don't work right. For instance, I can't turn off steadyburn and there is no Stage 1.
Is there a better ELS BMW model - current or up-to-date model?

I've always wanted to know why I can't seem to trigger other patrol cars in the area to join in the chase without dispatching them. Before I load LSPDFR 0.4, I can trigger other officers nearby to react. But after I load 0.4, they don't ever join in the chase. I will be chasing someone in a vehicle and I will see other parked patrol cars but they just sit there. Why does 0.4 disable that?
I also noticed that when I shoot at one of patrol cars, nothing happens. The car continues to drive as if nothing happened. But if I don't load LSPDFR, and I shoot at a patrol car, it triggers all the cops to responding, guns drawn , and everything.

Got it now. I had to put the graphics.ytd file into the x64 folder.

What else did you do to get this to work? I have copied over the vanilla version of the graphics.ytd and it still does the same pinpoint dot in the headlight.

I reinstalled everything again. LCPDFR, NaturalVision Remastered and RadianceV.
The wigwags were fine even after I installed Natural Vision Remastered. I started the game (before adding the RadianceV file) and the wigwags were still nice and bright. But as soon as I added the RadianceV file and restarted the game, I noticed the issue. The wigwags were very dim again (while all other emergency lights worked fine.). So it seems that NVR is changing something but I'm not sure where. And when the visualsettings file from Radiance is added, it causes the lights to go dim (but only after NVM is installed.).

Check out my thread and look at the radiance spoiler try that.
Nice thread. Totally cool and I will use some of those tweaks with other plugins. As for the lights, I have actually manually tweaked the headlamps using that setting and it did increase the headlights. But it had no impact on the wigwags. Wigwags must be a separate setting or separate file. Which makes me think that there is still something in Natural Vision Remastered that is impacting the headlights. Some mystery file.

Nope xD
Hahaha... wig wags are the headlights that flash 'back and forth'. That's what is referred to as wigwags.

I'm stumped lol
But you do know what I mean, when I say 'wigwags', right?

More than likely crappy lights on the car model then. Try a different model car?
I thought it was initially but does that to all of them. And I've used many different models - quality models. Could never understand why all their screenshots showed bright wig wags when I wasn't getting that.

Yes im not on pc rn and don't remember what it's called. Google it and you'll find it
Found that. But that's not gonna impact the wigwags alone. Something is drastically reducing the wigwag lights.

PostFX, Shader and particle FX on max and then turn up digital vibrance in Nvidia control panel. Try these.
In Nvidia Control Panel, are you sure there is something called 'digital vibrance'?

RadianceV focuses on coronas a lights from vehicles mainly. VisualV enhances textures and other things of that nature.
I have RadianceV installed and so it definitely increases the brightness of the lights. So that's not a problem. But the lights color kinda loses their richness. I have used NaturalVision Remastered which actually does fix the issue. But I believe it turns off the brightness of the headlight wig wags. So, I love NaturalVision Remastered but don't like what it does to the wigwags. I wish there was a manual way to install Natural Vision Remastered.

Yeah, I'm getting this too. Something did change, but not sure. It's not on our end.
