Please try to spwan the police3 ingame.
Why do you suggest that?
It's an ELS surburban police vehicle.
Do you see something peculiar?

Please post your RPH-Log after crash.
Really weird that it's doing this so regularly now.

Things appeared to be working at first but it started crashing again.
It seems to do so when I'm either arresting someone or when a call happens. Doesn't happen consistently that way. But that's what I was able to gather in terms of a pattern.
It'll crash and then my door to my police car will be locked and I won't be able to get back into the police vehicle. I guess it's because LSPDFR has crashed and is not running.

Come on guys. Read the install instructions. These plugins isn´t that hard to install.
Sorry don´t take it personally, but you are not the first today and it´s hard to be nice everytime after a while.
Just take the plugins folder and paste it in your GTA5 folder
It's probably how the instructions were written. I have seen terribly written instructions on not only this forum and many others.

No problem. Please backup your ini-file and try this one instead.
I'm about ready to give up. I don't know what the heck is going on. my EUP started not working. Couldn't change uniforms.
Everything was working fine up until a week ago now. I have now reinstalled a total of six times over the past couple of days
Is there a set of instructions that I can follow that is sure to work? B'cause I'm at a loss now. My latest RPH log attched

Here's the order in which I install things...
1. GTAV base game (steam)
2. Install LPDFR 0.4
3. ScriptHook
4. RagePluginHook
5. RageNative Files
6. Install OpenIV and create 'Mod' folder (drag 'update' folder into Mod folder)
7. ModdingDLCPackV
8. Stop The Ped; Ultimate Backup
9. Police Smart Radio; Traffic Policer; Albo1125.Common.dll
10. TrainerV
11. NaturalVision Remastered; Brighter Emergency Lights
12. EUP Uniforms; EUP Menu; EUP presets
13. Real Gun Sounds
Unless I did something out of order or did something else wrong? Is this the correct order? -

I don’t usually have issues installing plugins. To add my two cents to some of what I have been reading. If you carefully read the instructions provided with plugins or scripts, models, etc. and follow them, you usually do not have any issues getting them to work. sometimes it takes a little sluthing to use openiv to search for a specific file. This usually happens when GTA has been updated since the release of a particular plugin or model you are installing. For instance, I usually find myself needing to do a little more digging on .meta files when installing models but if you are patient and take the time to look, you should have no issues. Helping those who have not followed instructions precisesly kind of reminds me of the whole Did you unplug it and plug it back in comment lol
ELS 8.1 though I have to agree with the poster above has not worked since I tried installing it. Followed every instruction, even searched google for an entire day trying a variety of fixes from the results, but could not get it to work.
ELS now seems to be working... I have no clue what is causing this off/on performance issue. Really strange. Everything appeared to be working but then I had two crashes. The bad doorbell sound hit twice. I've never had LSPDFR do a double crash on me. I just want to know why. I've never had this happen before. I attached my RPGlog for reference.
Here are my plugins:
- Ultimate Backup
- Stop The Ped
- Arrest Manager
- Traffic Policer
- Police Smart Radio
- TrainerV (Simple Trainer)
- Player Location Display
- Natural Vision Remastered
- Brighter Emergency Lights (LSPDFR)
- EUP Law Enforcement and Rescue plugins
- Real Gun Sounds
- Modding DLC Pack V
-
These are my plugins. Could any of these be causing the problem?
- Ultimate Backup
- Stop The Ped
- Arrest Manager
- Traffic Policer
- Police Smart Radio
- TrainerV (Simple Trainer)
- Player Location Display
- Natural Vision Remastered
- Brighter Emergency Lights (LSPDFR)
- EUP Law Enforcement and Rescue plugins
- Real Gun Sounds
- Modding DLC Pack V

You have LSPDFR+ installed?
No. I removed it when I found a thread indicating that it's problematic with 0.4. Not sure which other plugin is causing it since I have checked my list with the thread.
Here's my plugin list:
- Ultimate Backup
- Stop The Ped
- Arrest Manager
- Traffic Policer
- Police Smart Radio
- TrainerV (Simple Trainer)
- Player Location Display
- Natural Vision Remastered
- Brighter Emergency Lights (LSPDFR)
- EUP Law Enforcement and Rescue plugins
- Real Gun Sounds
- Modding DLC Pack V

Do you start with force duty? Seems like that. Please try to go on duty at a police station.
Better EMS never been updated. That´s why the wrong version message appear. But for me it works fine.
Yeah, they must have changed something. I have always gone 'on duty' from the house.
But looks like all is working now. Redownloaded ELS and TrainerV and it works now.
-
TrainerV now working. Had to redownload and install. Now it works again.
But now ELS is no longer working... I don't know what the heck is going on. LSPDFR 0.4 gas become so flaky.

I've given up helping people fix their broken games. 98% of the fixes have included fixing an improper installation and/or having the person update their game/mods. I have literally given up fixing games because of this, because then they want a step-by-step walkthrough to installing peds, cars, liveries, etc. Like no, if you can't handle downloading the most up to date version of a plugin and literally drag and dropping it into your directory, you don't deserve the more complicated stuff. Harsh, but true.
I've left this list untouched because by now, most everything (especially the major, popular plugins) are updated and working for 0.4/0.4.1. This thread was made literally hours after the release of 0.4.
I certainly understand the sentiment here with this comment. But you really have to be patient with people. I've been using the forum for quite some time and one of the problems with forums universally, is that many enthusiasts/developers are not really skilled at writing out instructions for general user purposes. To write out installation instructions for plugins does require a skill that most don't have. There are so many things to consider when taking on teaching others how to follow someone else's thought process. It's probably the educator in me but we have many examples in this forum alone of poorly written instructions for general users to follow. That's a problem. Most people don't have a developer's mind which means that they might become easily confused with various styles of installation instructions. I've used many plugins, and many of those 'readme' files will contain nearly a full page of text only to find the 4 steps to the installation at the bottom. Or many developers tend to self-righteously assume that everyone else knows what they're talking about or what they're referring to. I can't ever assume my students know what I am talking about. Ever. I wish I had the time to go through and rewrite all the 'readme' files that I've seen since I've been here.
So, just food for thought.

- Just noticed that ELS is no longer working either.
- Simple Trainer (TrainerV) is no longer appearing or working.
- Better EMS saying "wrong version" of LSPDFR
Confused...

Saying "dependencies for *Better EMS*: LSPDFR: Wrong Version"
"dependencies for *Custom Backup*: LSPDFR: Wrong Version"
I installed the version that was updated last Sunday assuming its the current version, Done this twice today, the second time after uninstalling LSPDFR.
Using Better EMS and Custom Backup because it is a requirement or something like that for Vocal Dispatch which is a requirement for Ultimate Backup.
EDIT: Have come to the conclusion that what I thought were recently updated plugins were not and have removed the 2.
Yep, happening to me too - all of a sudden. Never even seen that before.

Oh, now that is interesting. I rarely use that vehicle. I'm usually using cvpi or fpius. But that surburban is often seen driving as an AI vehicle.
I will try spawning in it. Maybe I will try another suburban vehicle altogether.
