  1. This is an awesome mod, my only dislike is that you have to delete the weapon to remove it from your back, meaning you have to reequip attachments or download a mod to stow it. It would be awesome to have a hotkey to just remove it from your back without taking it out of your inventory. Great work still!

  2. I love the pack, callout devs and super scarce now and your content is amazing. I will say however Law enforcement escorting EMS goes against the national standards. They have been known to cause more harm than good, people will usually hear the siren and wait but after the first emergent vehicle clears they assume all is well and proceed striking the ambulance. The NREMT conducted a study to find that this has happened quite a bit which is why now if law enforcement has someone in custody they ride in the ambulance or if it is a potentially violent patient they will follow the ambulance which is often traveling non emergent due to these calls usually being psychiatric in nature or a complaint at an attempt to avoid going to jail, when following emergent they leave a gap large enough to clear intersections separate from the med unit. This is the standard we are trained to with National Registry currently.  I would recommend a scenario where the patient is a psych patient with a 1013 ( order for care from a physician stating the patient must be evaluated even against their will) and attempts to flee the ambulance or scene. For any psychiatric, drug related, overdose or violence calls most EMS providers require law enforcement to be  on scene prior to their arrival to ensure the scene is safe. Feel free to message me if you'd like to see the protocols for my agency or have questions i can also direct you to national registry sites that cover specific areas of EMS response. and again great pack i cant wait to see whats next!
