  1. Seriously, I have never seen something so unpleasant in a game before. Yesterday I played it twice and the game crashed twice after 40 minutes of running like an idiot. Today I played it for 2 hours, got to the plane scrapyard and... TURNS OUT I AM NOT SUPPOSED TO LOOK AT THE BODY BUT TO RUN TO SOME RANDOM LOCATION FOR THE BEAST TO APPEAR. Oh yeah, because it's so easy to find out right?

    Anyone here ever finished this side quest/mission?

    EDIT: F*** IT, Done it again, got to the fight, he pushed me 3 times, end of hallucination. FUCK. THIS. MISSION. Anyone with too much free time and insane enough to beat it for me on my save?

    Edit2: Beat it the next time, fortunately, this time I only had like 6 spots to visit, all in one line almost, no backtracking, no same place to visit, quickly went to the scrapyard, got on top of the plane myself and sent a lot of bullets and RPG missiles at him and the dogs, finally beating him.

  2. I came back to GTA V and modding once again and I wanted to get WoV as I always used it, but I noticed that the latest version doesn't have LITE version and it's a dealbreaker for me. So my question is, is it downloadable separately and I can't find it? If not, can I use WoV Lite from any previous WoV release? If so, can someone link it up here? Because GTA5-mods.com only has the latest one.

  3. Is there a mod for GTA V that makes our unused characters stay in the outfit we last set up for them (except when necessery for missions of course). For example We play as Franklin a little bit and set his clothes to whatever we like, then we play with let's say Michael and the next time we see Franklin in our mission or swap to him, his clothes all all different and it's always the same few boring sets of clothes. This goes for every character. I would like them to stay in the outfit I picked for them the last time and only have them automatically change it when it's necessary for a mission. Is there such a mod?

  4. I am planning on re-installing my entire system on a new drive and I have to delete GTA with it. Now, I play LSPDFR 0.3.1 so I want to play on previous version of RPH and because of that I can not update the game beyond the last working version of the game for 0.64 RPH. Either way, I have my game version backed up in the RPH options, so in case there is any update, which file or files contain this backed up version? Which ones should I save somewhere on a pendrive to be safe?

  5. Here is my problem: I play on PC with a lot of mods that make this game impossible to play at 60fps for me (and some of them are graphical mods). So I choose 30 fps no problem for me. I pick my resolution, 60Hz refrest rate (RR) and set the vsync to half, this way I get 30fps in the game and no tearing. Here's the problem though, in GTA V on PC if you have fullscreen mode + vsync, you have MAJOR INPUT LAG (IL). It pisses me off.

    I know that I can get rid of most of the IL by choosing windowed borderless mode, but here's the thing. I can still pick vsync to "half" but I can't change my RR. The game simply takes my monitor's RR (which is 75Hz) from my general PC settings and instead of 30fps, I get half of 75, so about 37-38. Because of that i see fps fluctuation from 38 to low 30s sometimes and it annoys me (I have extremely sensitive eyes when it comes to fps fluctuation).

    The only thing I can think of is to set my PC's RR to 60Hz but that would apply to everything then (but would make my problem in GTA V go away) or play the way I play now, fullscreen with huge input lag.

     

    Any ideas?

Today I decided I am going to see what we can do using EUP mod in terms of creating outfits for our character, that would be based on in-game main gangs - Families, Ballas and Vagos, this is what I got, here are the pictures and formulas, I thought maybe someone may want to use it, so here they are (names are made so that you can put all these formulas together into the mod, simply edit "wardrobe.ini" in game's folder/plugins/EUP and paste these formulas):

    None that I am aware of. I don't know if it's compatible with missions though, but it's great for anything post-game, like roleplaying or even LSPDFR. It just adds so much more life to LS. I wonder what program they used to make it because I would love to make or at least try making such mod but for Blaine County.

  8. Do you know some great but underrated and not well known mods/scripts for GTA V, whether it be for LSPDFR or not, just game world. I wanted to share with you two great additions. One is called GTA V Remastered: https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/grand-theft-auto-v-remastered-add-on

    I think it's pretty underrated especially for how awesome it is. It literally give a new life to GTA V map. It places A LOT of objects (props) around the city and Los Santos County, but unlike all the other mods which try to do that (for example extended forests mods for Blaine County), this one doesn't commit two big mistakes these mods commonly do: It doesn't put the same objects one next to another, where they clearly look copy-pasted (this is especially visible with trees) and it doesn't put any props randomly, just so that there seems to be more things in the map, it actually feels like a R* employee (or many of them) actually made that mod, because it feels so lore-friendly and exactly how R* would do it. And it feels like LS was meant to look this way, especially with how many trees were cut from the beta version. It is truly a perfect mod for what it does and with L.A. Roads and L.A. Vegetation (which is yet another underrated mod - https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/l-a-vegetation-v3-0) it looks mind blowingly. Too bad we don;'t have anything like this for entire Blaine County (here is the map of this mod https://img.gta5-mods.com/q95/images/grand-theft-auto-v-remastered-add-on/224fa8-Patreon Exclusive content2.jpg).
    There is a problem, this mod wasn't updated in a while and doesn't have a proper gameconfig file. But no worries, I packed this mod myself with a proper gameconfig file so that this mod works for you (AND it has the patreon exclusive content too): MEGA link.

     

    The second mod I wanted to put the spotlight on is Low Priority Prop Restore mod. Basically R* messed up and any props that have certain particle effects properties and are set as "low priority" props do not appear in the game at all. This mod basically changes all of that and ALL props that are meant to appear in the game do appear. You can find it here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/low-priority-prop-restore
    There is also another version of this mod made by another guy but THIS ONE is easier to install and works the same (actually the other one didn;t work for me at all and I can confirm that THIS ONE works 100%).   9. Hi! I used to use this awesome GTA V Remastered map mod and it was always working flawlessly for me but now it causes the game to crash at certain spots. I know it needs a gameconfig, maybe that file is outdated in this mod, because the mod hasn't been updated on GTA5mods.com for almost a year now: https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/grand-theft-auto-v-remastered-add-on

    Is anyone using this mod? Does it work for you?

  10. Am I the only one already let down by this update? I feel like even though 0.3.1 was much more lacking in content, it was more polished and ready to release than 0.4. All this hype for nothing IMO. The game is unplayable at moments, the fps go below 30 while normally my game works perfectly 60fps+ without mods. Even on my older PC, 0.3.1 worked flawlessly at 30fps with TONS of mods. I don't have ANY mods yet except for LSPDFR. It's either stuttering or the game goes below 30 fps. Next, the callouts are poor as hell. I accepted one callout and it was a shot bulgarly and nothing happened, two guys ran out of the store and that's it. Only one car per house. Only one house. Mod is still bare bones without any other mods, which are necessary. Well, I'll be going back to 0.3 then, I am not a fan of extreme customization that 0.4 is supposed to give us anyways (I don't care about names of police stations etc., I am fine with vanilla world thist way). It's a big let down for me but really I personally wasn't as hyped as most people here were.

     

    Oh and yes, it's a clean install.

  11. You guys DO realize that the more you post here and teh more you cry about it not being released, it's possibly getting more and more postponed than if you didn't do so? Administrators are making money off of the traffic in this situation and will delay the release as much as possible to make the most money off of your thirst. If anything else would be the case, they would give some info and probably close this thread but of course they don't. Leave this forum. This is how 0.4 will be possibly released, not by being thirsty.
