Does someone know how to fix the performance issues ? I have lag spikes ( 60fps to 20fps every 4sec). With 0.3 I was able to play with mods and have a constant 40fps.
ive already tried to disable the meltdown and spectre protection. Dont know but there might be a performance boost on older cpu`s if you disable it. You could try the program "InSpectre" to disable it. Remember that you shouldnt disable the protection for security

Great update! A lot of fun, a lot of new features!
There is a thread where we can give feedback or is this one? The new version but there is some things that could be improved. The main issue is performance. I'm getting around 22/25 fps patrolling and 15 fps when a callout is active - Using ONLY LSPDFR 0.4 (brand new install). It's weird, 0.3 fully modded with a lot of plugins, graphics, map and traffic mods gets around 30 fps constantly ( 30 fps is not an issue for me for a game like GTA) - it's a old CPU, but... a fully modded game having better performance than the "vanilla" one is something to be investigated.
In the character customization screen would be good to use RB/ LB (L1/ L2 ) to switch textures, like in EUP 7.5 menu. I'm ( and I think everybody else) is used to that way, it's almost automatic to do so.Time to respond is interesting, but for something like a holdup, 30s is a bit insane. you need to be a professional rally driver, because it's pedal to the metal to reach the location.
And I don't know what it is, but there is a lot of blur when creating a new character/clothes/customizing the car. lots of lens flare and motion blur, it's weird.
still checking it out, if I find something else ill post here ( on in the correct location)
same performance issues with my old i7 and no other mods. but its still amazing ;)

You can try this. It is toggleable and plays every .wav file your move in the folder "YOUR AUDIO FILES" randomly (e.g. the wanted level sound). You can also change the toggle key (standard = H) and add a modifer key. Requires scripthookv and community scripthook. Unpack and move the scripts folder in your gta v main directory. Just a test, if you like it, i will improve it
