@Prophet Do the AI cars move out of the way when the lights are activated yet? Thanks for the video, looks awesome!
@gravelroadcop has already showcased this on one of his Demo videos.

Small progress update/demonstration for those of you so kindly waiting.

It is called Anamorphic lens flare; it is an extra feature in Cry V3.7 that can be added into the ENB as well as others.

All LSPDFR plugins (designed for 0.2) MUST be removed!
-
Go into your plugins folder, then inside that go into the LSPDFR Folder and delete all the DLLs in there. You can't use any callout mods currently.

I can play on average up to 1 - 3 hours straight now. Generally I NEVER crash anymore, the main cause for me to leave game would be to texture loss causes by some high poly item entering my game.

i wasnt really talkin about els as in not being released i believe it will be but the showing of its progress can be a double edge sword you know.. i was however talkin about some other things on here where people where posting pics sayin it was gonna be released and have still not done sooo ..and my question is if a author post photos and stays what they are showing is gonna be released then they end up just letting a couple friends having it and doesnt release to the community what happens then do they get in trouble ???
The developer of ELS (Lt.Caine) is a trusted member of our community and has been for a very long time. He is the creator of ELS for IV and his work is loved by many. With that being said there is no doubt amongst the general community and myself that he will release his modification. As for the date of said release that is currently unknown due to its on-going development. I will use the example I have used time and time again; The same way Sam likes to post updates in regard to the LSPDFR modification scripters and modelers like to showcase their progress. With that being said, the answer is yes it is against community guidelines to post content and tease members with content that is not intended for release. Although it should be noted though that ELS for V is intended for release and there is no doubt amongst the community of that release.

Hey I love playing LSPDFR, but how do I ask for somones ID on foot?
Approach and individual on foot and wait until you are prompted in the top right to press (E). Generally to get the prompt up you must be standing in front of the individual facing each other.

Yes, using it off rockstar's social club website and that's where it was downloaded from.
Well for some reason or another the RageHook Plugin can't figure out what retail version you have.
Unknown game version, there might be issues. Please report your game edition, place of purchase, and region at http://forums.ragepluginhook.net

Do you have a legal copy of GTA V?

So,
I purchased GTAIV on Steam back last year, and have since installed and played it on my two computers.
I played it last night, and when I got on this morning, I got this error: http://prntscr.com/9bmblv
I've tried several different ways to fix this. (Re-installed C++, GFWL, I even downloaded the LaunchGTAIV.exe again.)
Any way to bypass this?
Oh, I should mention.
The only C++s on my PC are: http://prntscr.com/9bmd34
This video may be able to help you.

I never could drink coffee... drinking something meant to keep you awake then falling asleep 30 minutes later because of it isn't how I roll.
Not to mention that it tastes like paper to me.
I don't drink it so much for the caffiene as for the healthy antioxidants and minerals associated.
