oooooo nice!

car is lovely except the grille lights. They look way out of proportion from the car and maybe instead flip them horizontal and either pick another kind of light or scale the down a bit. Again, Lovely Car!

Thanks! The siren is not choppy though. I had issues with the video rendering which made it pop sometimes.. The siren itself is as smooth as butter!
ahhh ok. I was wondering if it was just the video or in game too. Glad to hear it!

GREAT WORK!

Please dont put ELS in the title if it is not an ELS model, only a skin. Cars/models use ELS (emergency lighting system), skins do not.

any video demonstration or pictures?

make a skin based off a real department please. i mean i like fun stuff, but for a realistic game this is kind of useless. Of course you allowed to post this kind of stuff and i appriciate the time it took to make this, but personally this really doesn't make my game better.... But hey it might for others! If you wanna get further along, post skins based off of real departments. I suggest looking around this website for a bit and find one you like!

You can now change the key to open the menu via the .ini file. His comment was about a prior version (where you couldn't do that)
@ThisIsntMyName - I can probably add that as a configurable feature. I've set it up like that because that's how my local area police do things (all plain words, the only "codes" I've heard are Code 2/3 and Code 99), but it shouldn't be too hard to make it configurable.
sounds great! Appriciated!

@Shad0c0nspiracy why you had to leave a review instead of a comment, i will never know. But in the future, i think eveyone would appriciate it if you just PMed the author about not having the files instead of leaving a 1 star because of a simple mistake. It agitates me since clearly SgtGoetz worked very hard on this, and for someone to leave a 1 star because of literally a couple files he forgot to include, basically people look at it on the main screen and think it is bad because of your single 1 star.

I appreciate the time you put into this to make it. Personally, to much detail and what not but i'm sure others love it! Maybe base a rambulance skin off of a real department? that would definitely be intriguing for me at least lol.

make sure you add in the title [TEXTURE]. This allows us users to know that it isn't a car before we click on it and open a new page.

Stunning.... Absolute amazing skins. Simple, not much details, but clean and sexy. Nice work, cant wait for more!

ION's are wayyyyy too big. Other than that, looks pretty good.
yes Gump is 100% right on the ions. Maybe in the next version, use Soundoff fascia's near the license plate and in the grill either size the ions down or use a whelen Tir3?

Cant wait to see them!

i would really like to see a skin based of of a certain department. I mean this is good for a beginning, but I wouldnt release something as simple as this. You will have allot more downloads and better feedback if you base it off a department. Here is a random department I found online and there skins are not too hard but not as simple as putting 3 pieces of text.
Try this:

Make it so the blue goes down all the way and also there needs to be more white showing near the tire. Looks great other than that!
Should look like this >>

why what?
he says why because this is the easiest skin you could possibly make. there is no point even uploadng this because it took no time what so ever.
-
how about you try to base skins of real departments? Most of the people on here play LSPDFR for the realistic feature, and noone that wants to play realisticly is going to want a car that took like 10 minutes. Go to http://www.policecarwebsite.com, search by state, and find a department you like the skins of, then just make it for a car or a couple of cars.

would love to see this for more cars!!! looks great!

Why dont you just release the cars in a pack instead of 1 by 1. It fills up the entire "NEW" page, and makes it so i cant see the other stuff. Like, make the same skin for a couple different cars, then put them together in a single file and release it as a skin pack.

@Yard1 When i try to run the RDE installer for RDE 3.1.0, It Pops up and freezes. I have watched and followed the Installation Video, but can't get past the RDE installer First Page. I Have Extracted the files to a folder on my PC, Then Tried Running It Through There But With No Prevail. Additionally I Have Tried To Run It As An Administrator But Still No Luck. I Am Tagging Yard1 Since He Seems To Be The Main Responder.

@WatchMyFootwork May I suggest adding thegreathah's LSPD ELS pack? The new 2016 FPIS base model recently released by OfficerUnderwood is very nice looking and with a Liberty II on it (in thegreathah's pack), it is one of the most beautiful cars I personally think has ever been made.
