  1. Some of them such as the state trooper one needs to be re-sized, but other than that they all look pretty good. maybe a darker texture on some of them like you did on the Blaine County Sheriff version. These go well with allot of great vehicles that have been released by people such as Gump, POLICESCO, and JJdawkins. Oh, one more thing real quick as a suggestion, the state trooper vests don't really contrast very well with allot of the released State Trooper/ Highway Patrol textures. Just the blue letter on black and the yellow on black are not colors used on allot of state trooper uniforms and if they are, these are definitely to bright of colors along with not having any badges for the department.

Giving you the 5 stars since their is only one issue with the textures which is the blue state trooper lettering on the vest going off of the designated text area (chest), and even that isn't the big of a deal. The other things I mentioned are just my opinions so it wouldn't necessarily be fair to lower your mods' rating due to things that don't have anything to do with the usability/functionality of it and instead just my own opinions.

  2. I see you at least put some kind of effort by putting in the bracket license plate, but this really isn't a skin....also, DON'T REVIEW YOUR OWN FILE WITH A FIVE STAR SINCE CLEARLY NOONE AGREES.

I'm not going to be a guy who just says your skin is absolute shit (which it is), and just leave it at that. I would rather give you constructive criticism but since everything is just really bad, the only thing i can say is watch youtube videos from @mroxplay , or in general search up "police skin creating for GTA V". I'm glad to help you if you need any questions answered and i'm sure that's the same for many people. I learned more about skin creation by sending PM's to allot of different skin creators, being very well known or not so well known. They all helped me tremendously in creating good, high quality skins, so i suggest you do the same. Again, I don't mean to be rude/mean, but there is nothing i can really tell you is bad and say what you can do better except me just telling you to not color a template grey and say it is a "detective skin". It looks as if you know the basic knowledge of how templates work and how if you place a certain thing somewhere on the template, it will show up on the car where you placed it. This is good since i can tell you wont have trouble placing decals and logos on cars. If you don't know how to do text stuff, watch the youtube videos i will show below. It is good to have basic Photoshop/gimp/paint.net knowledge, as this will increase your skin quality while decreasing the time it takes to make the skin.

A Speedart Of Skin Creating By MrOxPlays --> Really suggesting you watch these if you don't watch any of the other videos.

  3. Looks good, but I wish you would have made it for a car that is already released. I suggest looking at some videos to understand how templates work on cars. You shouldn't be taking someone else's skins and then covering some pieces white and black and then going over them. this could be considered slightly copying. I understand that there is no template released right now for the vehicle, so that's why i'm not to judgmental about it. I do think you did a good job aligning everything and making the decals even on both sides. I would love to see you start from the original template of a vehicle and build it up into a completley new skin instead of taking someone else's base colors and just put your own decals on.

Last tip, if your game isnt working and you created a skin, you can still use open IV and replace the vehicles skins but instead of going in game to take pictures, just open the ytf file in openIV and take a screenshot from there using the prntscreen button on your keyboard. This just helps us to see it before we install it.

  4. You outdid yourself again Maurice. Great work as always! I absolutely love the dashlights, their just like what bxbuggs does on his models. Also the no traffic advisor is a nice switch up from what almost all the cars currently have.

  5. Sick! I love that it isn't a big agency or town skin and that it is a little business type look. Really is going to give the smaller town/city type feel! I always listen to the scanner and when they call for a tow truck, they always dispatch a local company. Again, thanks for this sweet skin! Also, didn't even know that there was another ford towtruck out there, and i like the bigger light bar the best so i'm definitely switching the police one for the dutch one.
