I've tried a couple of times to get it to work and it just never seems to want to work for me, but I'll give this another shot with your instructions. Thanks!

also to make sure i see your reply? XD hit quote and reply like that than it will notify me you said something lol

and yes it should work and make sure you have ELS vehicles when you do it. NON ELS wont work

also for instant CODE 3 lights? hit ALT + J and it will turn all your lights on at once =]

and do it again to go back in stages like if your code 3 to an accident and you arrive and wanna go code 2 or stage 2 lights? hit ALT + J again or to turn your lights off hit J lol

  2. i can tell you how to use ELS,

    HOW TO INSTALL IT:

download ELS and put the files in the GTA V directory (main files) and when you download cars do as you normaly do when you put cars in open iv and when you go to the ELS VCF drag those files into Grand theft auto V/ELS/Pack Default and in pack default you will see POLICE thats where you put your ELS VCF files, and than your ELS should work

HOW TO USE ELS IN GAME:

when you go into the game and press (some cars are auto stage 3(...press J once for stage 1 ELS and again for stage 2 and again for stage 3.    you can also access the ELS panel by pressing CTRL + P at the same time and change your light with U, i, and O. and  ALT + 1,2,3,4,5 will change your headlights and tail light flashes

*** (scroll lock also makes it to where you dont accidently hit your horn during a traffic stop, cuz the pulled over vehicle will move)***

    hope this helped lol

  3. quick tip get some screenshots of it on the car, and if you dont wanna replace any current slots make a sheriff3 or police5 just to get screen shots of what it looks like on the car and it will grab more attention to your skins thats what i did just now with my caprice =] and im sure it will get love i might even download it once i can see what it looks like on the vehicle and btw if you get in game screenshots thats better but openiv model viewer works too =] just trying to help ❤️

Hey mate! For your first skin, it's not bad! Here are a few tips if you're willing to have them.

    1. The first thing I noticed is the stripe on the side comes to a sudden end, as a result it looks kind of out of place. If you angle it off so it's at a point or extend it past the vehicle so it's one solid stripe I think it'd look much better! Of course this is mostly personal preference.
    2. I'd offset Sheriff on the back to either side of the logo so that the whole word can be read. Where it's at right now you can't really see it.
    3. With the stripe where you have it, you don't really have to erase any of it. If you let it run off into the wheel well in the texture template it won't be there when you upload it to the vehicle (because the wheel wells aren't colored). This prevents the issue you have on the right side where it looks like you tried to erase the stripe to match the contour of the fender.

Other than that, it's look good, mate! Definitely keep going! You'll only get better with time!

lol for the sheriff logo in the back i noticed it right after i put the skin on but didnt know how to fix it at the time XD lol and i was afraid of the wheel wells getting colored in if i did that but if they arnt i will for sure =] and i was gonna angle the sheriff letters with the strips but couldnt figure that out until i didnt my second skin lol but thanks man for your feed back i do truly appreciate it =]
