  1. Yes I drive a black 2016 Explorer, Financed out of Denver Colorado! though I live in Oregon, But yes I do, You're getting really close, We need a good FPIU sound!
  2. I'm following the development of this mod because their are not many good vehicle sound mod overhauls. The only other one I can think of worth mentioning is the Crown Vic. Otherwise there really isn't any other. So keep up the good work. I drive an 2016 Ford Explorer in real life so I'm gonna be critical! ;) kidding. Merry Christmas and thanks for your hard work in getting this dialed in.
  3. So which one is the new one? You have an FPIU sound zip and an Explorer sound zip EDIT: Sorry you clarified that at the bottom in NOTES. Make that bold or something ;) Cheers!
  4. I'd love to help you but I guess as it turns out I'm not allowed to offer support on here. Maybe you can PM me and I can help you, but even that might not be allowed. Merry Christmas
  5. I'm considering doing a scheduled LSPDFR LIVE stream that walks you through installing the mod, and all of it's various addons (cars, plugins, sounds, etc, etc). The reason I say scheduled is to give people interested a chance to catch it from the start. I'd basically be taking viewers questions for how to install this or that, where to find this or that, etc, etc. Is this something anyone would be interested in? I'd be covering how to install LSPDFR, how to install any and all the plugins, even the ones viewers request, how to isntall cars, how to install car livery/textures, and anything else the viewers may want to see and learn. Let me know if this is something any of you would be interested in. I know their are some really good Youtube playlsits out there that cover all of this so I figured a live stream environment would give viewers the chance to ask questions pertaining to their own issues or struggles when it comes to LSPDFR because let's face it, Modding GTA V can be difficult, and modding LSPDFR (modding a mod), can be even more difficult! So let me know, if there isn't much interest then obviously I won't waste my time, but if it's something some of you would like to see, then kindly let me know! Thanks and Merry Christmas everyone!
  6. I just recently (yesterday) tried my first rumbler siren and really liked it, So glad to see it in the Fed Sig version as that's my favorite siren! Well done sir.
  7. Is this like a wig-wag plugin for non ELS cars or do people with ELS benefit from this as well?
  8. From one of Albos videos, I know it's from the Modern Siren pack but which of the sirens is it? Thanks
  9. Is this only for a Tahoe? There is only a Tahoe_Sign_1.dds in the download.
  10. Yeah the only way I ever check plates is with PoliceSmart Radio
  11. Well I use a variety of mods, but my core mods are LSPDFR+, Traffic Policer, Arrest Manager, and PoliceSmart Radio. So stolen vehicles will still appear when I run plates even without LoJack? I guess I've just been unlucky and need to retire from Auto Theft Task Force and go back to being a beat cop ;)
  12. Could someone explain to me what use the detection of narcotics or alcohol feature has at a traffic stop when after detecting narcotics I found nothing on the driver, passengers, or anywhere in the car? I think it's a great feature that would really help immersion because as "players" we can't smell alcohol or narcotics. But what search plugin does it integrate with to generate something when you actually search?
  13. Aside from the vehicles spawned from the LoJack plugin. Do cars ever come up with a STOLEN flag? Seems like unless I have the LoJack plugin running I can never find a stolen car, I could run plate after plate after plate and never have a stolen. The only time I see the STOLEN flag on a vehicle plate check is again, like I said when Lojack is installed. I'm not sure if it's just my luck or if they truly don't exist.
  14. That was a gnarly break check at around 1:25 in the demo video ;) Anyways nice mod and much welcomed update!
  15. Love the pack but is there any way you can make the lights more emissive and stand out?
  16. Just tried your new version and I actually think the first version sounds better, but maybe it's because I'm used to it now. I'll play with the natural version a bit more to see what I think. One problem I'm running across is that sometimes during the wail it will clip out for a micro second at the start of the wail, it seems kind of random so I'm not sure. I don't know if that's my system, something to do with siren mastery, or what. EDIT: Now i can't figure out which version I like better. They both sound good, and both realistic to me. I wouldn't say the "Natural" one is more realistic, just different.
  17. I second what Kallus said. I love the colors and the duty belt with the taser equipped. It's a nice look. Though a lore friendly version would be appreciated!
As someone who is legally deaf (not 100%) I rely on using Siren Mastery to turn up the volume of my sirens to levels that would probably make normal hearing people deaf, heh. That being said it's hard for me to find a siren that still sounds good and doesn't sound distorted when really cranked up. This siren let me do it, and it sounds great!
  18. I'm using this siren as my primary siren now as it still sounds good when I crank the volume up with Siren Master. I'm legally deaf (100% in right ear and about 30% in my left ear), so I have to rely on loud sirens to actually hear them and in MY experience this is one of the few sirens I can turn way up and not have it sound distorted. GREAT WORK! Disclaimer: As I mentioned I am legally deaf so my opinion on the actual clarity and volume of this siren should not be taken to heart, or as fact. But cranking it up works for me!
  19. I've replaced the chp.png texture in both task_diff_000_e_uni as well as task_diff_000_c_uni inside of mp_m_freemode_01_male_freemode_mplts and it doesn't show up in either of the "armor" selections of EUP. What am I missing here?
  20. Sad that they're phasing out the CVPI in many, if not all states. Replacing it with the FPIU I imagine because I see a lot more of those lately than I do anything else in the real world. Good looking car by the way!
  21. I just noticed this as well with my 970. Maxes out at 60% GPU usage and like an average of 70% across all CPU cores (i5-4690K). I've been having FPS and stutter issues when in the city during day time lately. I bounce all over between 40 and 60 fps and it's quite annoying because you can see the stutter and fps change dramatically. I'm forced to play way out of the city in the country or on the highway if I want to play LSPDFR now.
  22. I'm not sure how the GTA V Online mod/cheat detection software works but this method sounds way too risky for me. Instead I just copy/pasted a clean GTA V folder and modded that one, so I have two copies installed, one modded and one completely un touched. If GTA V Online ever scanned my game files while online and found LSPDFR and all it's plugins, I'd be banned. Not saying the OP's method isn't safe because I don't really know, but I'd rather be safe than sorry when dealing with Rockstar.
