Do all your other callouts work fine? Including their menus? Are you able to open CalloutsV menu successfully?
Everything works just fine till now. Oh, and also I have noticed LSPD:FR crashes, when opening Courts menu(LSPDFR+ plugin) and selecting a person. It worked just fine before, but now something has happened. Here's the log from Court menu crash:

Do you have all modded vehicles?
I don't have any modded vehicles.

So after installing CalloutsV, this is still an issue? Is it just during these calls that it happens? does it matter what vehicle you're in?
Yes, there is still an issue. So far only at Traffic collision/accident. No, it does not.

Help? Anyone?

Go back to the download for CalloutsV and triple check you installed everything that it tells you to, which will require you to read the readme.
Yes, everything is as it should be.

Try changing DirectX version in game graphics settings, it might help.
-
With what key you do traffic stop? Shift or E?
-
Ya need OpenIV software to download. Then, you need to put the mod files through that software into location, which is usually provided in mod folder note file.
-
Well, it was for me too. Just reinstall RPH and LSPDFR clearly, because somewhere dll files are corrupted and letting you get 3 stars. Note that I'm not playing with any trainers.
-
My guess, it's the Wilderness Callouts. Try playing without this plugin and see what happens. If it's true, maybe it's out-dated?
-
-
Hey there. I could give ya my pedprops, it should be default, but in which folder is it?
-
Have you installed LSPDFR and RagePluginHook?

Interesting, it just seems to be @Albo1125's plugins that don't work for me, maybe they rely on the 0.3.1 version that doesn't work?
Have ya updated your albo plugins to the latest?
-
I have LSPDFR version 0.3.1 and it's poping up for me too, but everything works just fine. It doen't seem like doing effect on game, I guess the problem with plugins is the other.
-
You can go Online without deleting LSPDFR. Just launch GTA V normaly, not by RagePluginHook, but by Steam/Exe file "Grand Theft Auto V".

Not all of us are germans.

It works! Thanks but all my datas are removed (I must begin the story again). Thank you very much. I´m so happy.
I'm glad it works, good luck out there!

I have experienced same thing and I fixed it.
- Firstly, you need OpenIV software, you can download it from here: http://openiv.com/
- Then, after you installed and opened it, go to mods foler:

- When entering it enable Edit mode:

- You should receive a green pop-up little window, that says "you need to copy update.rpf" or something like that. There should be an option to copy the update.rpf file. When it's done, launch GTA V like always - with RPH. There shouldn't be infinite loading screen no more.
If you won't get the green pop-up, you can copy the update.rpf manualy:
- Go to update folder in your GTA V directory:

- Enable Edit mode like before;
- Copy the update.rpf and move it to mods folder, which was shown before. You might need extract update.rpf to your desktop and then move it to the mods folder.
That's it, again - there shouldn't be infinite loading screen no more.
-
One question, do you experience infinite loading screen launching ONLY GTA V, or through RagePluginHook with LSPD:FR?
-
-
Do ya still need help? This problem was for me too and I have fixed it
-
If LSPDFR plugin is 0.3.1 - then no, it wouldn't. Just leave LSPDFR plugin alone and check other callout or something, plugins.

Yes, I do. Could it be outdated? Or corrupted?
