  1. Edit - I just went in-game and called the NOOSE SWAT unit and they spawn correctly for me without issues.

    Perhaps you installed a custom vehicle that is corrupt or has an issue with a meta file somewhere?

  2. You might have a typo for the ped or vehicle data when you possibly changed them in the ini.

    Could you also specify which folder you are using and where on the map were you?

    I have 2 main folders including 4 sub folders for San Andreas Ultimate Backup [EUP] Complete Edition.

    So, knowing which specific folder will help me narrow the location of the problem.

    [WARN] Invalid vehicle or ped data for NooseSWAT

  3. Aside from what's recommended in the description I don't know what else I can suggest.

    You're launching GTA 4 with LaunchGTAIV.exe correct? (It comes with the essentials files download)

    The downgrade works for myself and for others so I don't know why it doesn't work for you.

    If you have the complete edition on Steam or from the Rockstar Launcher it should work if you run the update title of the patch 1070 GTA 4 folder.

    In my experience LCPDFR 1.1 and GTA 4 1070 are the best optimized versions to use together for GTA 4.

    Using the complete edition hook asi fix will cause a lot of scripts to stop working if you are using that. ELS won't work, tasers won't work either, etc.

  4. Hi, everyone! It's Joe, and I was wondering how do you structure your videos regarding LSPDFR media?

    I have watched hundreds of channels containing LSPDFR media, and I always bring myself to this question.

    Aside from someone being 'popular' on YouTube, how do creators rank their videos despite having the same titles, while almost exclusively creating LSPDFR media?

    Also, how do creators retain returning viewers despite having the same video introductions?

    Idea 1;

    I begin to wonder; does creating the same video title make the viewer interested in what they're searching for?

    Often of times your views come from new viewers of your channel, so is it better to make your content more appealing to new viewers rather than subscribers?

    Does including intriguing titles alongside your main title harm your videos more than it does good?

    For example;

    Which of the following titles intrigues you the most?

    1. Playing GTA 5 As A Police Officer - GTA 5 LSPDFR

    2. GTA 5 LSPDFR #01 - Officer Down

    If choosing option number 1 does this title kill your audience engagement?

    What excites viewers watching your new video (with the number 1 title instead of 2) if they don't know what to expect?

    Also, isn't the first minute of your video the most important part? If so, why do creators ignore this by continuously having the same old intros?

    Idea 2;

    Does creating content regarding trends have a significant impact on your videos?

    How often should you aim for a trending topic if its something you genuinely enjoy?

    Should this differ what you title your videos?

    Idea 3;

    Does using the same intros for your videos have a significant impact on your videos?

    For me, seeing the same intros for the channels I often return to is a huge part of my decision to continue with the video (as I often skip through what I already expect to come).

    Doesn't this hurt audience retention as your returning viewers have already seen the beginning parts of your content?

    What do you do to manage your content regarding LSPDFR to help structure your videos to help with ranking in the SEO?

  5. I noticed some engines do spawn, but not directly in the bay. With stations.xml the game tries to find the closest parking spot, which usually ends up being a parking space, a sidewalk curb or a few feet away from the station.

    I added those into agency eup xml as a separate "agency" so they can spawn without effecting the other fire uniforms.

    With the coordinates I used simple trainer's option in the menu and copied how it was written to spawn them.

    I'm not sure exactly how to set them in the bay without editing the game's files.

  6. That just gave me an idea.

    On second thought, if you create a second agency exclusively for LSFD to spawn wearing the appropriate attire around the station you can set it up for agency eup like so.

    Spoiler

    <Agency>
            <Name>Los Santos Fire Department</Name>
            <ShortName>LSFD</ShortName>
            <ScriptName>lsfd_sta</ScriptName>
                    <Loadout chance="0">
                <Name>Station</Name>
                <Vehicles>
                    <Vehicle chance="100" livery="1">firetruk</Vehicle>
                </Vehicles>
                <Peds>
                                    <!-- 50% chance of male peds -->
                    <Ped chance="50" outfit="lsfd_fr">mp_m_freemode_01</Ped> <!-- Firefighter Bunker Pants outfit (Any variation) -->

                                    <!-- 50% chance of female peds -->
                    <Ped chance="50" outfit="lsfd_fr">mp_f_freemode_01</Ped> <!-- Firefighter Bunker Pants outfit (Any variation) -->
                </Peds>
                <Flags>
                                    <Flag>SpawnsAmbiently</Flag>
                </Flags>
            </Loadout>
        </Agency>

  7. You could probably add them to stations.xml and set lsfd_sta to spawn there. Not sure exactly how to set what specific uniform that will spawn since that's controlled by agency eup, but fire engines and peds should spawn if you set them there.

    This is an example for the Davis Fire Station. I'll be adding these to my modification if you want to take my stations from there.

    <Station>
            <Name>Davis Fire Station</Name>
            <Agency>lsfd_sta</Agency>
            <ScriptName>davissta</ScriptName>
            <Position>200.54, -1633.26, 29.80</Position>
            <Heading>143.74</Heading>
        </Station>

    The author often changes it's Assembly Name between updates.

    Maniac is the only guy I know of that does this for his plugins. Changing a file assembly name from its native name in a future update would break it unless the other DLL is removed by the user itself. You have the option to download the new update whenever you're ready, but why force change the name when it causes issues? I understand if renaming a file is accidental, but it just seems like more trouble than what it's worth to change the file name which can lead to crashing issues. If you go to the download page you'll see there's no DLL file with the name '2' on it for Deadly Weapons, so what's the point of doing it through an update checker? Something has to be broken for it to do that, it doesn't make sense to me for it to be considered a normal occurrence to experience. The only logical explanation is that Maniac forgot to advise to have us manually remove the original DLL from our game after the new update that was passed through update checker.
