Hi, everyone! I am almost done updating the mod.
San Andreas Ultimate Backup [EUP] + LSPDFR EUP Configurations 3.5 will be renamed to:
San Andreas Ultimate Backup [EUP] Complete Edition 3.6
This will cover the data folder, EUP Menu, and Ultimate Backup using EUP Law & Order 8.2 and Serve & Rescue 1.4 configurations.
Please keep a copy of the EUP archives on your PC, so you will always have these configurations at hand in case any of the following modifications become outdated or removed.
If you have any bugs or issues that need to be fixed please let me know.
I have fixed all reported issues that were reported as well.
Thank you, and see you soon!

Progress Update;
I have recently finished SAHP, SASP, and half of BCSO alongside a great majority of overall improvements and fixes within the modification.
LSPD, LSFD, LSSD, and LSCFD are already completed.
I am in the process of updating all files for the data folder, Ultimate Backup, and EUP Menu.
I have the following departments left to update, and then I should be done.
BCFD, FIB, DOA, NOOSE, IAA, USAF, SASPA, LSIA, LSPP, RHPD, DPPD, and NYSP.
ETA 2 weeks.

Again you need to remove prop hats in the data folder in LSPD EUP.
Ultimate Backup has hats too which you can remove with prop hats.
EUP Menu is only for your character.
The data folder EUP files are what creates the settings for NPCs that spawn ambient and come from the default backup menu.

Hello, I have a question/problem:
I don't know since when, but currently I have a gray Police cap on "every" uniform (Uniform A, B, C and Police Jacket) which I would like to remove. However, I don't know how and if I can change it.
You can remove this by finding prop_hats= tex_hats= [in EUP Menu]
prop_hats is what the hat number is and then tex_hats is the texture number
Just as an FYI hats are going to be included in the next update for both the data folder and Ultimate Backup.
2 ways to remove hats (in the new update).
You can find it first in prop_hats= tex_hats= [in Ultimate Backup / EUP Menu]
OR
<Props>
<Prop id="0" drawable="0" texture="0" /> <!--p_head-->
</Props>[in data folder / outfit selection]
prop_hats is what the hat number is and then tex_hats is the texture number
This is an example, but each department has their own number/texture for hats.

I'm 99% sure it's in UB, I've only noticed the issue when I call for backup through UB.
I located the issue. The shoes tex number is 2 when it is supposed to be 1. Set it to tex_shoes="1" for now as a temporary fix. Thank you.

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet, but female SAHP SWAT officers have just empty air where their boots should be.
Thank you for reporting. I'll take a look at it. Is it the data folder or ultimate backup? This will be added to the list of things needed to be fixed for the next update. Thanks again.

Don't know if this was reported or a known issue but the special agent suit for NOOSE female have a component that is incorrect instead of
<Component id="9" drawable="45" texture="0" />
have
<Component id="9" drawable="46" texture="0" />
i fixed it on my end but you might want to check it if it wasn't reported before
Thank you for reporting. This will be added to the list of things needed to be fixed for the next update. Thanks again.

Yooo @Joe C Wilson 017
could you tell me how to play around with the files so the lspd also uses police3 ? I've tried to set everything the same -
"<Vehicle chance="35">police</Vehicle>
<Vehicle chance="25">police2</Vehicle>
<Vehicle chance="40">police3<Vehicle>
</Vehicles>"in custom agancy, default in lspdfr and the same in ultimate backup but no luck, am I missing something mate? Also i really liked ur mod but kinda prefer the police3 to be around thanks in advance to any help you could give
You need to change them in agency eup (in the patrol section), and the default region file in ultimate backup.
Police 3 is setup to be used for the SAHP so you will NEED to remove them in the SAHP sections.
Edit -
You can rename the vehicle files by locating "<VehicleSet>" in Ultimate Backup or "<Vehicles>" in the LSPDFR data folder and agency XML.

Hey, everyone! I'm beginning to work on an update for the mod.
What do you want included or need fixed in the new update? Let me know ASAP.
The update should take about 2 weeks more or less.
There's A LOT to cover with the new EUP 8.2 + Serve and Rescue 1.4 that I have not been able to add in yet.
I am planning on adding and fixing several things including, but not limited to;
Added All Uniforms To Custom Data Folder - Eliminating The Need For EUP Menu (LEO, Fire, EMS Uniforms)
Added Bicycle Units
Added Female Local Patrol Units To Cayo Perico
Added Fire Air Pilot Units
Added K9 Units
Added Snow Uniforms
Added Rain Uniforms
Added 7 New Stations (Cayo Perico, IAA, FIB, Gruppe Sechs, Merryweather, North Yankton, San Andreas Highway Patrol)
Edited Gang Units
Updated Duty Selection Loadouts (No More Cops Punching Suspects)When Selecting A Folder - You Must Only Use One At A Time! (Normal, Rain, and Snow)

I don't use EUP vests, but you will have to make sure Component id="9" in the custom data folder is set to
<Component id="9" drawable="41" texture="0" />.
This should get rid of the vest, and allow you to have the body camera and radio for the AI.
For ultimate backup make sure the number is set to
comp_tasks="42"
These numbers are for male peds

Understandable, modding seems extremely complex. I'm fairly sure there is actual weather adaptation. I downloaded a similar config file prior to this which seemed like it kind of worked in regards to weather adaptation (the winter hats were there) but the majority of the uniforms themselves were completely messed up in general.
If you could please DM me a link to the mod so I can see how it would work. I never heard anything like it before.

This mod works beautifully in my game, however the officers seem to never spawn with raincoats in the rain or winter clothing in the snow.
There's rain and winter variations for EUP 8.1, but not for 8.2. Too much work to do in so little time. Besides I don't think LSPDFR has uniform weather adaptation for the AI anyway?

Wich is the file?
All. Depends on what you want to change. Data folder is
<Props>
<Prop id="0" drawable="31" texture="0" /> <!--p_head-->
</Props>Example for SAHP.
In ultimate backup its
prop_hats="32" tex_hats="1"
Example for SAHP.

One question can you do a reform from the swat helmet they not combine with the outfit
You can change this by finding prop_hats= tex_hats= and then from there put in the hat number you want to have.
prop_hats is what the hat number is and then tex_hats is the texture number

Is this five m compatible?
No. Besides I am not sure how XML would even work with FiveM anyway?

I love this, however I have installed everything correctly and have all the requirements, but my EMS and fire all have weird outfits like shown above.
The only issue I see is they are wearing parachutes which is an incorrect option under "comp_hands". The number for the LSFD is 67. So double check to make sure its the same on your side. (It's correct on my side)
Another thing I see is you are not wearing any custom duty belts or body cameras which are "required" for the mod to work. So I don't know how you're game is working without them?
I also created a tutorial which you can find in the spoiler tag below.
Hope this helps.

If you already updated to 3.3; you only need to replace the "outfits_sahp_eup" file In Data Custom Folder - If installing for the first time; please install all files into your game!
-
What's New In 3.3?
Added San Andreas State Prison Authority (SASPA)
Fixed Bolingbroke Penitentiary Jurisdiction
Fixed Multiple Agencies To Spawn Correctly (From Old Names To New; Example SADCR To SASPA, SAPR To SASP, ETC.)No more updates for awhile guys. I apologize for the excessive amount of uploads recently, but I don't have much time in-between my days off from fire school to work on this modification. I am currently working on a new trailer for the mod which has greatly helped me recognize these issues in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding, and enjoy the new updates!

You should add vehicle pack for this mod, I think it'll get way more attention.
I could yeah, but they can do that already if they wish. Besides this is what I use, I don't want to alter my game if I don't need to.
You can rename the vehicle files by locating "<VehicleSet>" in Ultimate Backup or "<Vehicles>" in the LSPDFR data folder and agency XML.
Edit - In my recent tutorial video, I showcased how to change the vehicle names.

Again, would it be possible to fix these without replacing all the files?
Yes. But if you don't want to install the fixed versions, then I won't be able to provide support.
Its faster to install the new update, than to try and figure out how to fix the issues in the outdated files.

What's New In 3.6?
Added All Uniforms To Custom Data Folder - Eliminating The Need For EUP Menu (LEO Uniforms)
Added All Uniforms To Ultimate Backup
Added EUP Badge Props (BCSO, LSIA, LSPP, RHPD, DPPD)
Added Female Local Patrol Units To Custom Regions
Added K9 Units
Added Outfits Selection
Added Snow Uniforms
Added Q&A Text File (Common Questions & Answers)
Added Rain Uniforms
Updated Duty Selection Loadouts
Updated Rank Structure For All Departments
When Selecting A Folder - You Must Only Use One At A Time! (Normal, Rain, and Snow)
You do not need to replace all files in each folder when switching between them except for the agency EUP file when changing between normal, rain, and snow weather variations for ambient and default backup menu units.
ALL FOLDERS AND FILES HAVE EACH UNIFORM IN THEM!!!
For a clean install please consider deleting all existing files and place the new ones into your folder.
This is a MAJOR overhaul (hence the new name Complete Edition), therefore old files may conflict with the new ones if not replaced. So you MUST replace them.
No support will be given if not on the latest version (3.6) or later
In conclusion EUP 8.1 is no longer supported, and old files have been removed.
If you haven't updated to EUP 8.2 yet, now is the time!
Please save your EUP 8.2 and 1.4 archive files (including duty belts, holsters, radios, and body camera modifications) !!!
