I like what you were going for, but I feel the livery is too plain. Most news agencies have some type of graphic or logo for their brand. For example, Fox News. I know smaller agencies also have some. My only advice for improving this already really good skin is to add a logo/banner for SA News and Weather, even if you have to make it up.
Other than that, it's different, which is a good thing. I'll definitely be using this to "patrol" traffic conditions.

Love the cars, the livery and the lights! Nicely done.

When you're sick of the bullshit that normally happens, it's nice to get in this and have a relaxed patrol of parking duties. It adds so much to the experience and is quite fun. Since I'd rather use it for parking enforcement, I plan to try and make the light bar all amber, which I'm hoping will be an easy task.

Love the siren, and looking forward to a rumbler! If possible, I'd increase all of the tones volume slightly. It still seems a little quiet.
I went ahead and provided some in-game audio of the siren.
-
Really nice job with this siren! It's loud, but not to the point of bugging you, and the tones are all quite equal in terms of their quality.

This is a really beautiful, heavy duty truck! My only complaint is using the lifeguard's light bar. The light on it is just so...GTA. Wish there would've been beacons instead. Not a huge deal, though.
-
Absolutely love this pack, especially the Challenger! I love the amount of lights, and the liveries are very beautiful!
-
Thanks for improving the realism even more! Love this.

This has been needed for a while now. It really adds to the RP experience, especially for screenshots. It looks really good, thanks!

Something about green liveries or liveries with green in them are realllly sexy! This is a nice pack, and it's even better that there is a ped to go along with the theme. Most of the time we have to go searching for our own. My favorite things is a mixture of the liveries and the CVPI, specifically for the rotator. Very few people actually mess with the carcols, so it's really nice to see someone else playing with them and seeing what can be done. (Even if he said he is too lazy for it. :P)
Overall, this is a very well made pack that gives us more customization options both for a ped to match jurisdiction, and the ability to have PaletoPD and BCSO.

I've always loved the Evo and how sporty it was. For it to now be a police car? I am very happy! My only complaint is the lack of stage 1 lighting and no ability to turn on individual lights (warning and sectional). If you do any updates for this car, please add in stage 1 and attach the rear window lights to "sectional" so we can turn those on by themselves. Overall it is a fantastic car and I'm happy with the amount of lights and their placement. Perfect car for bait car and undercover operations.
(I've made an all blue version if anyone would like that, just check my file. Collin, please let me know if you don't want me mentioning my file here and I'll edit this.)

FINALLY! We are long overdue to an LSPDFR specific plugin that does pretty much everything we need. I messed around with it and found some issues/have some feedback for you.
- I love that all LEO peds are right there for us to quickly use. I recommend adding in the option to customize the ped a bit, such as giving glasses, changing hat, etc. Also, I might've overlooked it, but are the FIB/IAA peds also added? If not, please consider that!
- Turn off vehicle is broken. It'll turn off, but turn right back on within a few seconds. Verified this by using my other trainer, and the engine stayed off.
- The "police tools" category is empty, so I assume this is a WIP?
- The configurator does not give you the option to use any keys other than the F keys for opening the menu. However, if you use the INI, you can use whatever key you want. I recommend adding in all the key options just like you did for the other one.
- I was actually quite surprised to see loadouts! I was just thinking today; 'I wish we still had a really good mod for quickly getting our loadout.' This is perfect! My wishlist for this is being able to customize the loadouts.
- If you don't edit the configurator and add a time limit for the hands up/clipboard animation, it becomes an endless loop and you can't cancel it. I did discover switching peds via Policemenu fixed it. I suggest adding a few more police related animations, such as cop stance, the valet torch wave, etc.
- Partners!! Oh how I'm happy to see this as an option. One issue trainers had with partners is that they'd constantly get in and out of the vehicle. I spawned in three guys, and two of them stayed in fine. The third got in and out repeatedly if we stood still. I assume this is related to the AI programming that they shouldn't be in the vehicle with a player. I hope this can be ironed out more in the future.
On the topic of partners, it'd be really nice to have the ability to customize their loadouts. As it is, LSPD spawns with shotguns, don't think I need that all the time unless I'm in Grove Street.
I haven't tested them in terms of LSPDFR and how their AI is, this is something I'll get back with you on.
Unless I'm blind, there is no current way to dismiss partners.
Finally, for the add-on car section, are we able to manually add in more lines to get more slots in the INI, or is it a limited amount right now? Either way, it's nice that you've incorporated so many into this! Thank you.

This is a really nice siren that works well with US based cars as well. All the tones in the 'loud' version are perfect, however I do think the airhorn could be slightly louder.
Good job!

Rarely (if at all?) do you see a detective Vic with the gumball, and the way you've done it is very nice! I know this is meant for a detective, but it is definitely being used as an unmarked unit.
One thing to note for others, unless SCPDUnit changed this, the livery is a solid color. If you'd like to have a transparent livery for any color, tag me in the comments, as I made one for his car.

This is a really unique and nice siren. I love that a couple of the tones are different and don't play the same thing. My only gripe is with Man2. That one sounds a bit too much like a foreign siren for my tastes.

I've always loved using trucks, and this is proof why. It's absolutely beautiful and has wonderful lights! I've made an all blue version for those that want it, just check my file.
(Trooper D, if you'd rather I not mention my file here, please let me know and I'll remove this. I could even send you the files if you wanted to include them in the download)

Absolutely beautiful, and really adds for roleplay! The only bug I've found is when turning on headlights, the lights on the lightbar also turn on, so it looks like the takedowns are on.
-
I'm honestly so confused by this siren due to it being half police tones and half fire. I do think it's odd to have a Powercall for police, but I like it. If only we had one more slot to add the Q. The sirens are nice and loud, and the looping sounds pretty good. Nice job!
-
I absolutely love the design, it's exactly what I've been wanting for a Sheriff livery! Thank you for adding my request, and good job on this!
-
I'm not a huge fan of "Blaine County Police", I much prefer Sheriff and being a Deputy, which is why I normally avoid these kinds of packs. However, the liveries, along with it being all blue, AND the Valors...I can overlook "Police" easily. This is a really nice pack My only wishlist for additions would be a Silverado and/or Expedition.
A minor thing I wanted to point out, in the VCFs, you have red/blue listed instead of blue/blue.
Also, there seems to be a missing XMLs Caprice is "fbi", but there's no fbi VCF.
-
I really like this siren, the audio is nice and loud and the looping seems fine. My only complaint is the airhorn. There appears to be some buzzing when you hold it down.
-
I've become addicted to the FHP livery. It looks so damn good! Thanks for letting me beta test, and really nice job with the rotors!

This is my new favorite 09/10 Charger! It's so sexy, has really nice lights, and awesome patterns! The ALPRs are really interesting, and I love the placement.
I've made an all blue version for anyone who wants it.
