It will only replace any default files you modified, LSPDFR and RPH wont be affected

Apparently, 38 files failed to validate and will be replaced (I hope they actually are).  I'll hop on in a bit and see how it is.  If it crashes again, I'll try running just LSPDFR and what loads with it, I won't load any other mods and see if it still happens.

    Thanks for the help.

@Officer19   Um, copy them all to main directory?  Then none of them would work, as some specifically state to go into plugins-->lspdfr.

Breathalyzer Hasn't got an update yet

I suggest to remove it , it may cause some crashes to your game or try to get the latest version (if you are) remove it so.

Includes your latest version of the Game

    RPH up to date

    Game up to date

    Mods up to date

You have to get all UP TO DATE

I've never had an issue with Breathalyzer.  I'm going through the log now, and the only thing I'm seeing is that CalloutsV say my LSPDFR version is great than the version used to compile the plugin...so maybe that's the issue?

Here's one thing I'm seeing in the log:

    "
[4/16/2016 7:32:59 PM.016] LSPD First Response: GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: UNITS_RESPOND_CODE_2
[4/16/2016 7:32:59 PM.018] LSPD First Response: GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: UNITS_RESPOND_CODE_2
[4/16/2016 7:32:59 PM.018] LSPD First Response: PlayAction: Failed to find UNITS_RESPOND_CODE_2
    [4/16/2016 7:32:59 PM.809] [TRACE] User accepted callout
    [4/16/2016 7:33:00 PM.538] Emergency Strobes: StrobedVehiclesPool - Vehicle removed
[4/16/2016 7:33:01 PM.316] LSPD First Response: GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: PROCEED_CAUTION
[4/16/2016 7:33:01 PM.326] LSPD First Response: GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: PROCEED_CAUTION"

I'm not sure why any audio files would be missing.  I haven't touched anything audio related.

Lets take a quick look for your informations around the LSPDFR 0.3 mods and requirements :

    Which mods you have ?

Check your RPH version (you have to get the last one)

get the last versions of all of your mods

Unless RPH updated yesterday, I'm on he latest - 0.38, I believe.  It is up to date.  Traffic Policer had one update, which I just updated, but I'm not sure if that was the issue or not.

I'm using PoliceRadio, Breathalyzer, Emergency Strobes, EUP, PedSearch, Vehicle Search, Arrest Manager, Assorted Callouts, CalloutsV, High Priority Callouts, and Wilderness Callouts.  I also have a variety of police car mods, but there's only one car I added in today, and like I said, that one was not in use at the time.

  4. Hello,

I recently got LSPDFR, and have been slowly adding in more mods and modded vehicles.  I expected that I'd break something at some point, so have been keeping a log of all mods added.   The most recent mod I added in was an FBI Charger, but I was not using this at the time of the crash.  The first few times LSPDFR crashed, I was trying to do a plate check with police radio.  The third time I was just standing around as Coroner got on scene.

Which crash report do I need to upload/attach for you guys to see?  Thanks.

Couldn't tell which it is, I modified it. If you lauched the game with skin control installed, you should have a skin control.ini file in which you can change the shortcut to open it.

Make sure you installed skin control at the root of your GTA V also, and not in the plugin folder or anywhere else.

I checked the ini, and it says my hotkey is 119.  Uh, is that exactly how it sounds, 119? or am I being dumb?

No idea, I never did a repair on a modded version of the game, I always deleted everything that was related to mods before attempting one last time I had to do that.

But yeah, from now on, make sure to use a mods folder to keep your vanilla data safe from harm

I managed to get it to work by adding the mods folder in OpenIV and redownloading.  Emergency Uniforms pack now works, however, skin control is not..unless the button to use skin control isn't F11.  (Could you verify which button is skin control?)

You installed the files in your original GTA V data because you didn't use a mods folder. If you had one, you would have been asked if you wanted to install the mod in it during the installation of said mod. You're good for either a repair (verify game cache on Steam, repair option on the retail version), or for a complete reinstallation.

Seriously?  Nowhere in that tutorial did it say we needed to use the mods folder or even make one.  Fortunately I have a backup of GTA, so I won't need to reinstall the entire thing, but still...that is a shit ton of mods for me to reinstall.  If I do a repair, will that replace LSPDFR files?

  8. Hello,

I was following a tutorial by First30Minutes to install these mods.  I installed them exactly as instructed, however, I noticed that I did NOT have a mods folder in my main directory for the SC and EUP file.  These files got placed somewhere on their own.  I attempted to launch the game and it crashes on start saying "corrupted game data."

I went in and removed these files, but it's still saying corrupted game data.  What happened?

  9. As the title suggests, I've never added in vehicles to GTA V before.  I'm still pretty new to GTA on PC as it is.

I am wanting to add in this vehicle -

It has "interior colors" folder, and "vehicles.meta" file.  Where does the folder go?  and where does vehicles.meta go?

As per other modded vehicles, if they have extra folders and meta files, where would those go?

Seems like you had more than one problem.

The latest version of vehicle search is v2.1.7, from your log it says you are on v1.0.0.0.

You need to download the latest version my friend and replace those old files.

    @pjrthefox

That's where more of my confusion comes in.  On this page -

When I go to download, I see two options: v2.16 and v2.17.  I don't remember which it was, but that is where I got my current version of vehicle search.  Which one am I supposed to download?  v2.16 or v2.17?

    My pleasure.

Just check that you have everything where it should be, no duplicate files in another folder.

Read the guides and if it's still crashing, come back here and upload your RagePluginHook.log

Could it be that I'm on RPH 0.38 and the vehicle search hasn't updated?  'Cause I have tried to reinstall, and same result.

I think you should take a moment to read the ReadMe.txt or installation guides for any mod you download for lspdfr. Not all mods go into the LSPDFR folder.

Problems will arise when put mods into the wrong folders.

Here is a snippet from the ReadMe.txt for the Vehicle Search mod.

    Installation
    - Drag 'VehicleSearch.dll' and 'VehicleSearch.ini' into your Plugins folder in your GTA V main directory.

    Usage
    - Start the game.
    - Press F4 to open the Rage Hook console when in-game.
    - Type 'LoadPlugin VehicleSearch.dll' without the apostrophes

You should delete the two Vehicle Search files from your LSPDFR folder and rehouse them in the plugins folder.

As for Police Radio, that loads automatically when you go on duty. Take a moment to read the guide for that mod. It will give you all the required information on how to use it.

    @pjrthefox

Thanks, I got confused.  I saw things telling me that LSPDFR plugins go in the LSPDFR folder, and some saying it went in the main, and I was just confused.

The problem is, when I initially put the Vehicle search files in the plugins folder, the mod would crash every single time I tried to use it.

Your probably using a old version of the mod. Make sure that your using the absolute latest available version.

I downloaded it from here -

Is that not up to date/accurate?  If not, please link me to an updated one.

I'm having the same issue with Police Radio.  I'm using 0.38 of RPH.  I can't find an updated version of Vehicle Search or Police Radio.
