Lore-Friendly London Megapack - Part One - GTA IV Era (2008)
By Hullian111 in Vehicle Textures
This is it. The end of an era. All the Met Police, LFB and LAS vehicles I have made over last year and this year are here for your enjoyment.
These Metropolitan Police, London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade vehicles have been put into one pack, all arranged to be put into each and every emergency vehicle slot. These can be used for LCPDFR, other media and the vanilla game if you want, and if you do use if for LCPDFR or other media, credit me for the textures. All these are Non-ELS, but with the right template, they can be used for ELS models.
If you want a model individually, they are displayed here:
Metropolitan Police Vapid Stanier (police) (Updated! New plates and roof markings in pack!)
Metropolitan Police Declasse Merit (police2)
Metropolitan Police Dundeary Landstalker ARV (polpatriot)
Metropolitan Police Bravado Buffalo (noose)
London Ambulance Service Brute Burrito Ambulance (ambulance)
London Fire Brigade MTL Fire Truck (firetruk)
NPAS Metropolitan Poice Buckingham Swift (polmav)
Metropolitan Police Brute Burrito Station Van (pstockade)
Metropolitan Police TSG Brute Enforcer (nstockade)
Recommended siren:
After this, more modern Metropolitan Police and other such vehicles will be coming out, and maybe even some other forces' vehicles. So at the end of an era, don't redistribute without my permission, and enjoy this pack!

Lore Friendly LCPD Livery Templates
By Hullian111 in Other Modifications & Files
Still nothing much to say here. Well...here is an LCPD livery pack containing all the divisions of the LCPD featured in Abraxas' Vanilla Vehicles Texture Pack:
Included are two versions of the pack - big numbers in blue (this goes on normal white paintjobs), and big numbers in white (this goes on old Auxiliary/Traffic Enforcement/Truck Enforcement dark blue paintjobs). Also included are the two rather unknown fonts used for the LCPD text - Clearface Black and Clearface Black Italic - courtesy of the site ufonts. This avoids a rather unsafe site visit, and also allows you to make your own LCPD-related text.
Some of it may be incorrect - Clearface Black does not suit the word 'POLICE' apparently for the white text - but I did my job well, I believe. However, this has not been tested, so use at your own risk. And when editing, GIMP is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If a image editing program is not used, then all white text will be rendered unusable due to the alpha channel disappearing. While Photoshop may have this figured out, I'm not sure if it recognises GIMP alphas, so GIMP really should be used.
License plates? Maybe. Haven't figured them out yet, but in all, enjoy, and credit me!

Sandford Constabulary Vauxhall Astra Retexture (ELS)
By Hullian111 in Vehicle Textures
"Have you ever fired your gun up in the air and gone 'ahhh'?"
"No I have not ever fired my gun up in the air and gone 'ahhh'!"
This is Vx5Voltage's Vauxhall Astra (ELS), modified to give the appearance of one of the two Sandford Constabulary cars in the movie 'Hot Fuzz'. Using two reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has. There's a chance that the liveries may be slightly incorrect because of said limitations (for example, the original Sandford crest could not be found, so I used a rendition from the internet), and my skills, so if any problems or inaccuracies show, tell me.
Be advised, you will need to use the ELS mod, which is located here:
It is recommended to use the original config files from the model, otherwise, it'll all look a bit wonky.
The original model is located here (much credit goes to @Vx5Voltage for creating a great Astra model with a nice template) and don't forget, don't redistribute it without my permission!
Enjoy!

Police Municipale of Montpelier Vapid Stanier Retexture
By Hullian111 in Vehicle Textures
Merry Christmas, everyone! As my gift to the wonderful people at LCPDFR.com, probably my favourite place to go right now, this is my gift to you.
This is Ekalb/Lt. Caine's Vapid Stanier (Non-ELS, non slicktop), modifed to give the appearance of a Police Municipale of Montpelier used by the force infamously up until 2008-ish, causing a fiasco across Southern France. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has.
Bla bla bla, texture issues. This time around, I used no texture pack, only reference images, and as you may gather from the files, livery no. 4 is fictional. I looked around on an internet forum, and it said that four of these vehicles were delivered from Louisville (Montpelier's twin city), yet I could only find three different number plates, so again, no.4 is fictional.
I may also have spelled Montpelier wrong on the texture. It was a long day, pls no kill.
But I'm trusting you'll ignore, or even fix the little nitpicks that exist within my download. The original model is located here (much credit goes to @Lt.Caine & @Ekalb for creating a stunning model, sadly without space for a eurostyle front plate), and remember, don't redistribute it without my permission!
Enjoy, and have a Merry Christmas, or as the French say, Joyeux Noël!56 downloads

Authentic Metropolitan Police Roof Markings
By Hullian111 in Other Modifications & Files
There's nothing much to say here...Er...these are authentic Metropolitan Police roof markings (except for the black outlines on the vehicle identifier shapes, can't fix those, fix them yourself) that, with the help of @Double Doppler's Met Police markings, were created after some faffing and experimentation on GIMP. You can use the textures on wherever you want, just don't claim the whole download as yours, and if you are planning on making a Met car, do some research ahead of it. That's how modders make all these good skins - not from memory, but from research.
Enjoy?
DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

Metropolitan Police Vapid Stanier Retexture
By Hullian111 in Vehicle Textures
MADE WITH THE UK POLICING TEMPLATE PACK!
Wew, second mod in a day! GTA texturing is so semi-easy.
This is Ekalb/Lt. Caine's Vapid Stanier (THAT IS THE NAME NOW) (Non-ELS, non slicktop), modifed to give the appearance of a Metropolitan Police Rover 800 used by the Met famously up until 2008-ish (you may have seen it on episodes of 'Police Stop!'). Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has.
However, I already know there are problems and issues with the texture.
A big problem you may see is that the lightbar is NOT just white and blue. I have no idea how to fix that without
getting too technical, sorry, and the textures may be a bit wonky and off-scale and inaccurate to the real Rover 800, because I'm not the best texture editor in the world - I have tried to recreate it to the very best, but as always, the template and GIMP 2.0 have limitations. But I'm trusting you'll ignore, or even fix the little nitpicks that exist within my download. The original model is located here (much credit goes to Lt. Caine @Ekalbfor creating a stunning model WITH CUSTOM PLATES AGAIN (after recent discovery)), and well, don't redistribute it without my permission! Enjoy!66 downloads

Humberside Police Maibatsu Vincent Retexture
By Hullian111 in Vehicle Textures
MADE WITH THE UK POLICING TEMPLATE PACK!
The last time I uploaded something here was a miserable failure, so here I am, new goal, trying again. This is Ekalb's Police Vincent (Non-ELS) (Thanks for that mate) modified to give the appearance of a Humberside Police Proton Persona, used by the force up until somewhere around about 2010 or something. Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has.
However, I already know there are problems and issues with the texture.
A big problem you may see is that the lightbar is NOT just white and blue. I have no idea how to fix that without
getting too technical, sorry, and the textures may be a bit wonky and off-scale and inaccurate to the real Inspira, because I'm not the best texture editor in the world - I have tried to recreate it to the very best, but as always, the template and GIMP 2.0 have limitations. But I'm trusting you'll ignore, or even fix the little nitpicks that exist within my download. The original model is located here (much credit goes to @Ekalbfor creating a stunning model AND NUMBER PLATE TEXTURES WOO), and well, don't redistribute it without my permission! Enjoy!31 downloads
