    I never found out what the problem was and I've changed my pc since the post and not having the issue on the new PC, sorry can't help you.

  2. Getting the same error, just reinstalled OpenIV today with the mirror file from this website in offline mode, I'm able to install cars and peds and such, but as soon as I open a ytf file tp modify a texture or even the 3D viewer, I get hit with this error:

  3. Last month I decided to do a fresh new MODS folder, deleted the old one and recreated it from scratch and I've been having this weird audio bug ever since. Not sure if it's related though. 
    Seems like any sound coming from a PLUGIN doesn't work; the beeps from ELS when you turn on your lights, the CB clicks from GrammarPolice, the Panic button noise from STP, etc. but every other sound in the game works, even the dispatch audio giving calls. The ELS beeps don't work even when no plugins are running and after renaming the mods folder.
    It's been driving me crazy, I have checked all my .ini files 12 times over, all the plugins have the sounds turned on with valid audio path. I've checked the audio settings in the game menu and my computer settings and drivers. I can't figure it out, I was hoping someone had a similar issue and knew how to fix it.

    Oh, and I only get this issue playing GTA V, all my other games are fine.

  4. Si vos gyrophare sont rotatifs, essayez mon mod, les rotatifs ne sont pas controllé par Radiance V ou toutes les autres mod de "Brighter Lights" ou peu importe. C'est un autre fichier qui faut aller chercher un peu plus loin, ce que j'ai fait 😉 Vous pouvez installer ce mod en plus des autres mods qui augmentent les autres phares, ils n'interagissent pas ensemble.

    Looks like you shoud do the same thing. You can leave mods folder - just rename it to somthing different, so you will got it for reference.
    And try instaling mods one by one (Play game after instalation of each mod) so you will be able to found problem mod.


    Already tried that. I even played LSPDFR with Only the base mod installed, no cars, no callouts or anything. It lasted a bit longer but still ended up crashing.

    I went over everything and I figured out that the only thing I've had all these years that I have never replaced it my graphics card. Each time I'd build a new PC I would use the same card again in the new PC... it's still fairly good, but there might be a memory leak in it or something like that... i'm putting money aside to get a new card now. I'll see if that finally fixes it and update.

    1) RAM usage never goes high, i didn't take note of the actual number, but I don't remember ever seeing it above 40% usage.
    2) Yes, i've changed the ram bars multiple times. When I started having this issue, I have 16gb installed, getting new ram was one of the first things I did.
    3) I don't think i've seen that test before, i'll do it now and report back after the reboot...


    EDIT: As soon as the window opened for the test, I recognized it, it had been a while but yeah I remember doing that test before, and no issues were detected back then or now.

  7. I've been having this issue for years, i've tried any and every solution I found on google and it only seems to get worst with time.
     

    "Out of game memory. Please reboot and restart the game".

    YES, I have packfile limiter and heap ajuster. (Allthough i've never found information on what settings I should use in those tools)
    YES, the game works when I play story mode with no mods (also when renaming the MODS folder)
    YES, I've tried 99% of gameconfigs available.
    YES, i've deleted all my addon cars and only use "replace" cars for my police and emergency services
    NO, I do not use graphics mods.
    YES, i've deleted ALL CALLOUT PACKS

    YES, i've set the game priority to HIGH in the task manager.
    YES, i've reinstalled all mods and cars and even the entire game multiple times.
    YES, I've lowered my graphics settings to the bare minimum (while still being nice enough to stream)

    Game still crashes every time, some times I can manage to get 45 minutes out of it, some times it crashes before I can even setup roadside to do some radar. I've had the same problem on different computers as I've upgraded my rigs over the years, and even with a brand new computer it still plagues my game and my streams.
    I'M BEGGING YOU, please help me find a way to fix this.

    PC setup: 
    Processor:   AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor             3.20 GHz
    RAM :   32.0 Go
    GPU:    GEFORCE GTX 2060
    Windows 10 Pro

    you must've read my message wrong. The file IS less than 15,900. if it Wasn't, the cars would have no sound at all, no tire screeches, no engine, nothing. Not just the sirens.

    I'm having the same issue.

    if that was the problem, the cars have no sound at all; no engines, no tires screech, etc. I still get all those, I even hear the click when I turn on the sirens, but nothing comes out.

  10. Hi @LowRid3RI just downloaded your update and tried it out. I got the hit and run call in Braddock Pass (near the tunnel in Sandy) and I loved it. The scene is amazing. There are however a lot of text mistakes while talking to the witnesses, some phrases don't make sense, almost feels like you started writing something, then changed your mind but didn't delete the beginning of the sentence. 
    #1: (victim)
    Player says: How do you know. Have you already talked to involved people?
    Should be: How do you know? Have you already talked to the people involved?
    Cop answers: Unfortunately not. I took care about getting EMS and the fire team here.
    Should be: Unfortunately not. I called it in to EMS and Fire department first.

    #2 (witness 1)
    Witness says: I was driving on the second lane at suddenly the guy on the first one pulled over.I reacted and flipped the car.
    Should Be: I was driving in the right lane and suddenly, the guy on my left swerved into my lane. I tried to avoid him but overcorrected and flipped the car.
    Officer says: Did the person set the indicator, or did he just pull to your side?
    Should be: Did he use his indicator? Or did he just merge into your lane?
    Witness says: No. He just pulled to my lane without any notice.
    Should be: No, He just merged into my lane without notice.
    Witness says: Thanks for your info. Maybe San Andreas Highway Patrol will contact you again.
    Should be the Officer who says that, and should be: Thanks for the information, we will contact you again if we need anything else.

    #3 (witness 2)
    Officer says: Hi SAHP. Are you the second involved person of this crash?
    Question doesn't really make sense, she wouldn't know if she's second, third or what ever, should be: Hi SAHP, Where you involved in this crash?
    Witness says: Hi yes, I was driving behind the car that flipped. (that line is fine)
    Officer says: So can you describe the situation that caused this accident?
    Should be: Can you tell me what you saw?
    Witness says: Sure, A vehicle pulled into the guys car with any notice.. One happened to the other and BAAM.
    Should be: Sure, A vehicle swerved and hit the guy's car without notice. They hit each other and that guy lost control and his car flipped.
    The rest is fine, except at the end, you switched witness for officer again, like in #2, Witness says: Thanks for your time, if you need anything then contact SAHP.
    Should be Officer that says: Thanks for your time, if you remember anything else, please contact the SAHP.

    Also, the text disappears really fast. I don't know if you have a way to make it visible on screen longer? Give people time to read it.

  11. Good morning y'all!

    I've been searching the website for this all morning and it's driving me nuts, the search function on this website is so bad... I remember seeing a comment on one of the more recent callout packs saying that that particular pack has made the train stop dead in it's tracks but I can't remember what pack it was and I would REALLY rather not delete one callout pack at a time until I find the right one if I can avoid it.
    Today I've gone through most of the newer uploads and read all the comments and can't find it. Anyone know which pack makes the train stall in Davis and not move?

  12. Sorry for the thread ressurection, but this is the only topic that came up in my search...

    would the reflective livery cause the car to not shine as much? Like the regular reflections off the paint from ambiant lighting seems dull.

    See the image below, the taurus has reflective livery and the charger doesn't... see how the paint naturally reflects the light on the charger, like a real car's clearcoat would, but the taurus is bland.


    Or did I fuck somehting else up?

  13. Ok, so today I got the Traffic Stop Backup call, I was on Ocean FWY and the call brought me all the way to Route 13 in Sandy.
    When I got there, the cop is sitting in his car with no lights on (i know that's to avoid sirens being on due to ELS, but if the cop would spawn outside the car, the lights could be on on arrival.)
    I get out, he gets out and then... nothing. Can't talk to the cop, can't talk to the ped in front. I got a few notifications about the ped's plate, but am I missing something?

    Man I don't remember, when I posted that 2 and a half years ago, I remember I had just had the same issue so I knew right away how to fix it and what numbers to put... 
    I know you have to open the carvariation.meta that you have your cop cars in. And then change the Lightsetting option until you find the one that fixes it.
    I added all my modified vehicles to the carvariation.meta in the gunrunning patch folder, and they all have <lightSettings value="1" /> and I haven't had the issue since.

  15. Hey! I wanted to know if there was a way to change jurisdiction while on duty in LSPDFR.
    When I start the game and go On Duty, it automatically assigns me to Los Santos PD, even if I'm in the county.
    There used to be a mod where you could change it on the fly, but not since 0.4.

    Because of this, I don't receive calls when I'm patrolling down in Sandy Shores, or the few calls I do get is in Vinewood Hills.

    I've also tried to go off duty, then walk into the sheriff station to go on duty, and it didn't work.
