Modding game files does not come with out some level of difficulty and some trial and error. I am willing to bet that, like alot of us, you're having a similar issue with some plugins needing to be updated - this is normal and you will need to do this as often as the mods/plugins are updated. This is the nature of modding and necessary to keep the mods working. WIth continuous R*updates, and mod authors improving coding, updates are just plain necessary.
I am sure you realize that when a big game update happens, there is a period where alot of trial and error happens until enough time has passed to have the mods/plugins have the bugs worked out.
I hate to hear people completely giving up due to frustration, especially giving up on a game completely, Though I do understand it.As Alcon stated above, Pretty sure what is causing your issue, but log files and screenshots can help us confirm the cause of the issue and offer up solutions. It is probably just an issue of needing to update some of the plugins - again this happens all the time. Just this week, I have downloaded a few of the plugins more than once within a 24 hr period due to additional updates. Again - This is the name of game when it comes to modding your game.
Also, making backups of both your modded game and vanilla game will allow you to revert to a working version. If you are on a steam version, simply having steam verify cache can fix alot of issues with your vanilla game. Using a mods folder is paramount to avoiding serious issues with your vanilla install.

Here in my area, No tax means that as per DMV records, The registration fees were not paid, and usually it is because they used a fraudulent form of payment or their check bounced and the outstanding balance has not been paid. Here, that is an arrest able fine, but it is left to the officer's discretion whether to arrest or simply write a summons to court.

Yes, Log file please. I am willing o bet that this is related to other threads and a 401 update error. Basically, Darkmyre has updated all of his mods to work with an API, and all update checking is done through his update manager plugin.
Try uninstalling all of Darkmyre's mods, downlad the latest versions and reinstall. That fixed the issue for me. (his new system is an improvement anyways) -
Try simply moving your mods folder out of the directory and launching the game/ spawning the vanilla Emergency vehicles you're having an issue with. . If any carvariations or vehicles meta was changed or edited, this should fix it. If they spawn and work like they should, then there is an issue within the mods folder and one of the vehicles installed. If needed, it is easy to just simply copy the mods folder back into the directory and put everything back.

In my experience yes. I deleted all the darkmyre plugins and reinstall the latest versions. I beleive this to be mainly because Dark just changed to an API based coding, and checking for updates is now done though his update manager..
Logically makes sense to me as to why this error was occurring. During testing, after I removed all plugins, and slowly added them in. Everything else worked fine. Once I reinstalled an older version of any of Dark's plugins, LSPDFR crashed -

Actually, It does work on its own. I'm guessing I need to reinstall plugins to figure out which one is causing it.

I am experiencing same issue. Removed mods folder, running bare minimum plugins, all plugins installed are for rph40.
Note that 2 days ago on the 22nd, LSPDFR ran fine.
Did ask you requested, deleted old RPH logs. Here is the new one, Still errors out on update 'error 401'

All the audio folders for each of the callout plugins were installed in "Grand Theft Auto V/LSPDFR/Police Scanner"...Correct?

I just tried this one out the other day. I will be using it in my patrol videos here and there. Beside Finkone's original partner mod, which does not work for me at the moment, This one works pretty good. EUP is sort of required as the mod will dress the partner up in similar uniform to yours. That being said, Darkmyre does state that EUP is not mandatory, though the partner will not look good uniform wise.

THIS. I have seen a bunch of posts about RPH revert not working and players still having issues with the game not working for mods. I am still playing with no issues on 678 and having fun. Eventually I will update to RPH 39 and update mods, but I like to wait until things settle down before I update. That way I am not without a playable version to continue my patrols and video series with.

In vanilla LSPDFR, if you are in a pursuit, you can press Shift (default) and your character will call out some in-game recorded insult towards the perp. Just the same as the NPC police do against you.
However, there is no way for a player to do what Jeff does when conducting a traffic stop in some of his videos and use your own mic to broadcast over the "megaphone". Jeff achieves this effect in his video by editing his voice in post-production.
I am familiar with the episode I think he is referring to. Jeff does use an elgato capture, but he did say something about how he has the game audio and his mic routed through some additional software for EQ'ing and other vocal effects. If I recall correctly, Jeff may have a key binded to that setup that effects a filter on his vocal channel temporarily so he can achieve that effect "as it happens" But I am not 100% on this.
In reality, I prefer to do it for my vids in post so I have complete control over the effects. -
Agency callouts is (AFAIK) the only callout pack that has a menu option to force a certain callout included in the plugin. It is a feature I would love to see become standard. As I teach myself how to code plugins, this is something I plan to include.

What? As far as I am aware there is no megaphone function built into lspdfr.
LSPDFR does not have the ability to "read" audio from your microphone.

THIS. I do it to for some of my patrol videos. Vegas makes it easy because you can save the settings and reload them anytime you need them. I used to use audacity to achieve the effect before Sony Vegas. Just use a hi pass filter and a touch of reverb.

What I find interesting, is I run two installs, and simply change directory name to switch between modded game and vanilla for online play. This system hasn't failed me,...until now. I purposely updated my vanilla install to get the update out of the way. After the update was completed, I put steam in offline mode, renamed directories and launched rph.
Received the same SC out of date error. I checked, and none of my modded game files had been updated, only file to show today;s date is the rph log. Modded game worked fine last night.
Double checked modded install, double checked I ran Steam in offline mode prior to launching the game. My Current RSC version in my modded game directory is 1.1.7.8. I tried adding -scOfflineOnly to commandline.txt... No Joy.
Steam must have check to see which version you're on prior to launching? This would make sense if it was the updated folder and /or I ran steam in online mode. Odd indeed. I will have to try the above tip to see if that helps.
EDIT: It just hit me that RSC is system wide and due tot he fact I updated my vanilla install, it updated the RSC on my pc. DUH! LOL!
Uninstalling 1.1.9.5 and reinstalling 1.1.7.8 fixed the issue.30 minutes ago, feldkamp23 said:How do you uninstall Social Club

Hey everyone. I have had my hard lessons with my modded game breaking due to rockstar updates. Due to the new update coming next week, I decided to do a blog post and a video tutorial on how to work with backup files to avoid being stuck with a broken game and waiting for mods to be updated to work with the latest version of GTA V.
