If you are using EUP 9.6 below (I think), it does not have lods - meaning clothing objects will look disoriented at a certain distance.

You can get the latest version that supports lods on EUP Patreon if this bothers you a lot.

(I'm not going to insert their Patreon link here because I'm not trying to promote anything, just offering you a possible solution)

Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related.
Please post in the correct location in the future.

Thanks, but its the only clothes that happens, the others clothes working fine. And my friend using the same clothes and they are working fine for him,he is using 9.3 like me.

For certain vehicles, especially vehicles converted into emergency vehicles, ELS lighting may work differently. That's why I asked what vehicle mod you are using.

Make sure the ELS config for that vehicle has the exact same name as the vehicle model name.

All the cars got the same name with els config

I am fine with ultimate backup I have put my outfits, I want to change the outfits of the ai police using my ultimate backup outfits.😅  I thought it was gonna be easy,I thought it was copy paste from ultimate backup to lspdfr agency.xml...

You will put all of the _eup.xml files you downloaded from the 9.3 config in lspdfr - custom.

And don't change anything in the default agency.xml.

Once you've done that, launch the game, and AI officers should spawn with the appropriate uniforms.

Now the white t-shirts and blue jeans are gone but they are not wearing the same outfits like UB backup.

Please refer to what I mentioned above:

"Find out which version of the EUP you've installed, and install the compatible config for that version."

This is the default agency of eup configurations, how can i change the peds? its different.

Could contain: text, screenshot, software, number

A EUP config should end with _eup. In the screenshots above, you were modifying the default lspdfr "agency.xml," and "merging" it with UB config.

This is not as complicated as you thought.

Find out which version of the EUP you've installed, and install the compatible config for that version.

Isn't correct to modify the default lspdfr agency? And the peds outfit of custom agency looks different compare to ub peds.how could I replace them?

Do you have any xml files inside lspdfr - data - custom? Those files are configuration files for different agencies, with different uniforms. From the screenshot provided above, looks like you're still using the UB configuration, which is why it doesn't work.

If you want vanilla cops to spawn near the station, you can simply go to lspdfr.ini, and set "Ambient.DisableAmbientGameCopSpawnBlock" to true.

I will provide more details on how uniforms work in agency.xml, and why it won't work with UB config when I'm home.

Before the screenshot i used the eup configurations and i had put the files in lspdfr - data - custom and It still didn’t work, when you got time please give me more information if its possible.
