Georgia Styled - San Andreas State Police Pack
There is a texture in the YFT called "charger windows" or something like that. Just edit the texture. Yes, some of the lighting is running off of a different texture file than others. I will be fixing that when I get a chance to come back to this car.

You put it for whatever slot you want. It doesn't matter. I don't install over the default vehicles, I use custom vehicle names. Using OPENIV, navigate to: GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and replace the POLICE3 vehicles with the charger variant you want.

San Andreas State Police(Trooper)
Still! It'd be nice to see as it's done all the time. I'd do it myself but I can't get the rigging on my peds right... lol. But again man, I love this model. Good work

San Andreas State Police(Trooper)
This is awesome... You should try to create a radio with the wire running across the back instead of up the back. that'd be dope ❤️ Either way, this is an excellent model and I will be using this from now on!

Cars light?
Well, assuming you are using Zmodeler, you'd have to download / create some lighting modules. Open a vehicle of your choice and import/merge them onto the vehicle. I assume that's what you're asking? The offset's is the direction in which the lights environmental lighting will face. You're right hahah 🙂

What pre built gaming pc should i get to run lspdfr?
Anything at $1000 can run LSPDFR just fine man, you shouldn't have any problems lol. Even laptops. For starters, you can have a look at https://www.ibuypower.com/ or https://www.cyberpowerpc.com If you invest in a laptop, just remember that once it's outdated, it outdated. Desktops you can upgrade with the newest cards, Processors, etc.

Cars light?
1. A file doesn't tell the lights where to shine, the dummies do. Extra's can be edited in the VCF's to shine in a certain direction. 2. The style, I assume you mean the patterns? You can set certain patterns by manipulating the extra's. The following extra's flash as a PAIR / together: Extra_1 & Extra_4 Extra_2 & Extra_3 Extra_5 & Extra_6 Extra_7, Extra_8 & Extra_9 Extra_ten (steady burns) Extra_11 (Takedowns) Extra_12 (unsure) 3. Not too sure what you mean by rotating light? I assume you mean rotators. Those are used by using a I believe sirens 20-25 from Non-ELS vehicles. My discord is: HP Deskjet#2346

Finished converting this FPIU as of a few days ago and threw the lighting some K-9 lighting on it as well as added a K-9 interior.

If you remember the Georgia Styled charger with ridiculous lighting and was all blue with enough antenna's to contact the alien species. Well, I am creating a whole pack out of that light/antenna setup. Here is the progress.

Tinted windows are a texture. I believe it's called Chargerwindows, or something along those lines. Just re-texture it to be something less than 95% opacity 😛

Only certain parts of the vehicle are reflective. The back 3 stripes and all the words. You’ll notice it when driving or when someone drives past you

Huh. That’s interesting because the car was built to have reflective textures on it and that’s a physical mesh that goes above the original texture. I assume you found that and just made it transparent?

It is intended for any slot. All the vehicles I make are custom slots in my own game so as far as it being compatible with other slots, it shouldn't matter too much as long as you have the ELS matching the name of the vehicle in-game. If you're using a custom ELS.VCF. make sure to change the Arrowboard setting to "BONNET" 🙂

As for anyone that's having issues with the lighting. I don't know what to tell you. It's ELS. If you install the car properly and apply the ELS.vcf with the proper name, the lighting will work.

All my cars are based off of Police3. Best handling. This car is getting more lights with the next update 😛

Yeah, I'm working on fixing that as well as some more lighting issues. No, the strip when the headlights are on is solid.

Unfortunately, with the way the car is, you can't add your own livery. I'll be adding an alternative version hopefully today, my GTA is having issues.
