Hey BREAK, I have a skin that has a reflective appearance that I got from NUTT. It is basically the same skin that is in your sig. Does that make sense? It actually is reflective in appearance. Does that ring a bell? The reflection actually comes from the ELS lights reflecting off of the skin. Am I just imagining this or does that jive to you? Here is a quote from the skins readme file: " The skin uses a very unique reflective tape that really shines (reflects) during nighttime with ELS going. Also, there was once this really great site for mods where you could go to find gems like this...it was called GTA Police Mods...then it sucked & all of the download links in older posts got f-ed up.. Now it is a piece of shit, ran by shit. (Asuna, you know what I mean by the site SUCKS now & is a piece of shit now, eh!) THANK YOU AGAIN ASUNA!!!!! You truly are an invaluable resource for GTA IV!

Heck, the keyboard is useless to me for driving. I use a Sony Rumblepad2. Works like a charm for me!

Hey ASUNA, would you be willing to share V1 of the ELSfix? I would love to get a look at it. Obviously you are VERY, VERY CAPABLE of troubleshooting & 'UNFUCKINGUPPING', I am just curious about the original "fix".

Just a quick note based on my experience: Traffic Flow as the ONLY mod installed in my game caused my textures to disappear after a short time. After that was removed, through time and trial and error, I was able to determine certain vehicle mods I installed would cause the same texture disappearing act. Usually the vehicles that cause the most issues were the "High Poly", non-police car types. This is not news anymore. Additionally, the more texture related mods I added, or changed, the more issues I ran into. After playing around I finally settled on the basics with only a few mods and my game is perfect. Just food for thought. Hope some of that BLAH helps you!

Hmmm, I have also wondered about this. Although, I was not aware of a fix floating around. I will definitely be watching for a response!! Thanks DNaidaan, I'm sure plenty of folks are curious as well.

Wow, I had no idea EVI was one and the same. I have scoured EVI's numerous BEAUTIFUL and Skillfully done models without luck. Don't get me wrong, I downloaded a TON of his work though! I respect EVI's work and wishes not to be stolen from. I won't request this from him unless he offers. Even then I would GUARD IT WITH MY LIFE. Thanks for all of the help and info guys! I am glad I found this site. The BEST out there by far! This is just that much more motivation to learn how to model. I'm slowly working on that part...I've already completed several skins for my personal game. I definately understand the amount of pride and workl that goes into these models. Folks stealing them without propper credit would be frustrating to say the least. Thanks a ton guys!!! - Scott
