Sorry, my bad. No idea what pack replaced my other stuff. Long time ago.

Go to the latest Vehicles.meta in " mods\common.rpf\data\levels\gta5\vehicles.meta " and open it up. Search BCDESIGNS. The DLC changes the "Game Name" of Police1,2,3 etc. to BCDESIGNS. Change it back if you don't want to see it in your Trainer when you go to spawn vehicles. It is for Language settings. If you speak Chinese you set it there. That and it lists common phrases for the plugin for whatever language you choose.

I use both. Works just fine with the key bindings the same. All of the DLS cars I've used are very limited on lights though.

I don't have Zmodeler so I cannot extract the textures. Any way I can get just the textures? I have one damn car missing the texture for the base.
