This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen -
yes bright lights are the point so don't say its garbage when the point of the mod is to have Ultra bright lights. -
Well then you must have fucked up your game because nobody else had that problem. You must not be as experienced to download this. so next time before you say garbage you might want to make sure your doing everything right. Also your PC maybe is to crappy to run GTA Iv.

I have the exact same specs on my PC as you. I also have had extreme frame drops. Used to be 50-60 now 30-40.

I suggest you update your drivers for your asus GTX970. Try that and also what version of directX are you running in GTA V? Check by going to your GTA V graphics settings. If you are runnimg Version 11 try switching it to 10.
