I haven't played for a few weeks so I am catching up on the various updates
Your other mods use Albo1125.Common 5.4.0.0, if I replace it with 5.4.0.1 for Arrest Manager is it going to mess with the other plugins or that's fine?

@joe25 What I meant is that plugins installed under plugins/LSPDFR/ are managed by LSPDFR, so when you load it it also loads the plugins automatically. Conversely when you unload LSPDFR it also unloads them. But I forgot that Traffic Control was located under /plugins/ so that made sense that unloading LSPDFR didn't work to stop it.

I've never changed the level myself, so I'm not sure how to do it. I checked in the RPH settings dialog and didn't find a setting for it. It probably involves a setting in the INI file.
Not sure how to change the setting either, Google is not very helpful as it mostly returns a bunch of Verbose logs...

Actually it doesn't remove the road block. I know, I tried that. It will remove the blip on the map but vehicles going through will be either stopped or slowed depending on the block you have used. I had a pursuit coming to a stop till I realized it was the place I used a roadblock earlier
Scratch that, I unloaded LSPDFR but Traffic Control is not a LSPDFR plugin, so that explains why the road block was still in effect.

Yes I also tried the menu but that wouldn't remove the roadblock. If I set a new roadblock and removes it, I'll get the notification that "roadblock #2" was removed but I can't do anything with #1 that will stay (and stop traffic) for as long as I play.
The log that I have added was after a pursuit where I arrested the driver while other units took care of the passenger and I am pretty sure it was the same scenario when that happened before. I am wondering if for some reason the pick up unit wouldn't mess with the roadblock (I mean that I don't get the "specified Rage.Vehicle is invalid").

Since the last version most of the time I cannot remove road blocks. The yellow circle stays around and vehicles are still stopped no matter how hard I hit Ctrl+O or Ctrl+H. Removing the road block from the menu won't work either when that happens.

But I suspect that it comes from LSPDFR again as @Kal74 had noticed, I am getting more and more of these errors with the wrong path "E:\GTA V\LSPD First Response\LSPD First Response\Mod\...". I have at least one every 5 minutes.

Yeah it seems that Unknown Trouble has been facing some trouble since 0.3. I got the "search area" scenario half a dozen of times now and every time:
- there is nothing to be found
- I cannot end the callout
- if I force a new callout the yellow circle remains on the mapIt seems that the callout ends by itself immediately and doesn't clean up correctly.

Thanks for the update! About to check the new mechanics

Just seen the note about kidnapped people leaving the vehicle, I could swear it was already the case with the lattest version (unless I missed the note earlier) because several of them took the opportunity to get out of the vehicle when it was coming to a stop, which is great!

[10/02/2016 16:57:49.880] Emergency Strobes:I was going to perform a traffic stop on a vehicle and the suspect took off as soon as I signaled him to pull over. A blip for a cop on the map appeared just nearby and the game completely crashed.

That's cool. I have installed the lattest version, had a kidnapping and the victim waited in the limo. It was just one time over a few kidnappings that I have seen so it seems pretty rare at least.
The victim that took the limo was a female, I don't know if that's related but I always had male celebrities.

That was like a true revelation to see behind the scenes of the flag system, the amount of flags is crazy. Haven't done any speed enforcement this session so I haven't tested it, eventually we'll get the right percentage!

Thanks for the information! I was trying to find a way to see its content through Open IV and had no idea it wasn't an exotic archive file that could be opened this way.

I don't want to sound like I am complaining because the mod itself is great but I will still do it: I abhorre this installation method. Could you please offer an alternate download with the actual content or the same way you did 7.0 (installation package with the possibility to see the content)?
The thing is that I like to know what I am installing. This is not a question of trust but for instance I guess that you are overwriting the dlclist.xml file under update, how do you know that we are not already using this file for something else? I know what to expect from the content because I have seen it in the earlier versions so for instance I know that it comes with RageNativeUI but other mods also use this file, so we need to know if that was updated so that we get the right version of the file for other mods. And beyond that there is no way to know what else you are replacing.
TL;DR: this is not your prerogative to possibly overwrite files that we are already using. I hope that you will take that into consideration. Thanks!

That's weird, in my experience the door is locked once you talked to Wells to get the report... so you are already out.
I have arrested the robber who is down the stairs in the vault (he is the easiest one to arrest) several times. Once I have cleared the vault I head to the highest floor and when all the hostages are safe I can still make my way back to the vault to get my prisoner (when I don't forget about him) so the door is definitely opened at that time.
Albo, I was thinking about how the Traffic Policer's "no lights" ambient event only happens at night, on the contrary is it possible to have the bank heist only happen during work hours? It feels a little weird to have this callout at 3 AM

Yeah Function keys are not the best, though with months of speed checking I think that I got used to toggling F5.
[Edit 30 minutes later] Just played a few to check all of this... First vehicle that comes on my radar has a warrant flag, I catch up with him, check his plate and he is indeed wanted. #feelsgood Thank you! I also realized that there are so many vehicles with a flag, just wow, who could have guess? I kept your bring up flag chance at 50% by default but I think I will lower it easily down to 30% lol

What does the "secondary speed radar disable" key does? Checked both the documentation and the INI file but I am still not sure what it does. It just does the same thing as F5?

First time this thing happens to me: I turned off the option to check for updates in the ini file of Arrest Manager and Traffic Policer but on starting the game I have been redirected to this video on YouTube and I had a notification about the plugin not being compatible with this game version (game version, not Rage). Then the video keeps opening again and again...

Your other mods use Albo1125.Common 5.4.0.0, if I replace it with 5.4.0.1 for Arrest Manager is it going to mess with the other plugins or that's fine?

Loved the new callout! Nice job
May I suggest to use the same command (Ctrl+E) to leave the house instead of being automatically kicked out, just for RP sake (there may be more robbers so better check the whole place) and keep us on our toes?
