I'm not seeing any sign of a crash in the log you posted.
Yeah I dont know what to say. When I install the game, it wont finish loading and will CTD. If I remove the mod, it works after I remove all content and reinstall all my other mods, leaving this one out.

I've been crashing as well any time I put vehicle search in the mod list. Here is my crash log. I'm using RPH .26

been having issues with .0.7.0. im using RPH v.24. When I initiate a pursuit, the vehicle slowly drives around and does not flee or exceed any kind of speed limit. When i disabled the mod completed, restarted the pursuit, the vehicles took off as normal. not sure what the deal is. no crash, no error log.

Right now, I have it so it checks the vehicle to see if the vehicle is a police vehicle, which is a Rage Plugin Hook function. It may not detect those.
I tried it a second time.. it seemed to work. i got the weapons.. however the animation made my character end up looking like he climbed into the rear trunk/hatch.. how odd.

Looks cool,also callouts,i think there are many with drunken driver,but other ones are pretty good,keep adding them
i don't mind the duplicated callouts.. adds a bit more variety to how they play out.

not sure if its been posted, any way to make the other police vehicles' trunk searchable? I noticed the black 'explorer'-type vehicle doesn't work.

Love the mod.. playing as a dog handler :) had a few issues, a car blocked the dog getting back into my vehicle, the dog teleported back to base, and then i was stuck in my car. I also crashed when using the prisoner transport with the dog in car, it crashed when i used the auto-teleport feature.
wondering if its possible to have the dog 'wound' or 'arrest' a person instead of outright killing them. just for realism's sake.

possible crash with RPH .26. I believe it has to do with code 3 callouts but not 100% sure.
