@10 DAVID Thanks man, appreciate it. I am trying to find visual mods that get rid of excessive PostFX so that I can up them to high without lag. If that fails then I will try to make the most out of the visual mods you have recommended. Merry Christmas.

I was wondering when ELS V will be able to use the other ambulance, fire, fbi and sheriff sirens in-game. I'm led to believe it's their audio strings haven't been cracked? How long will this take as this was one much anticipated feature of the mod?

@10 DAVID Maybe increasing the bloom or a certain setting in visualsettings.dat may help? I will try that. It's just that ELS doesn't use coronas and with GTA V's default lighting the coronas make the lights looks decent. Shame really.

@jumperman09 Yes I have put the PostFX and shaders up and it works a little however I don't have the most high spec PC and putting those settings up causes lag, so I need a different workaround.

@jumperman09 Nope, but I have tried it before and this does not fix the problem. Radiance (and all other mods similar) only make the actual light texture brighter and not that 'glow' effect.

Hi there,
My lighting on ELS V is very dull with lack of glow, bloom or coronas. I was wondering if there was a workaround WITHOUT INCREASING POSTFX OR SHADER QUALITY IN GRAPHICS OPTIONS? So without doing that, how can I get better lights? It makes ELS seem poor and disappointing.

Yep I have the exact same issue. Every time I go near a police station on the map, my game crashes to desktop. It appears to be to do with vehicle models and how the new patch has been configured with pool sizes/memory possibly.

ELS V would make a nice present, unless it's actually released beforehand.

It's a Premier Hazard for sure, possibly 8000 series or a 7000 series model.

My game takes double the amount of time it normally does to load, my overall FPS is lower than it normally is, and the game randomly crashes to desktop. This occurs without ANY mods at all, a completely vanilla game. I think this is all caused by the new patch and maybe the latest AMD drivers.

Just to confirm, since this new game patch and other updates (Script Hook, Rage), loading times have been well over double they normally are for me and I have significant overall FPS reduction. This is very disappointing and extremely annoying.

Yes, same issue here, even without ANY mods, the game just randomly crashes to desktop. It's the new patch and I think this needs reporting to Rockstar :/

to convert the blobs at the bottom (binary) to the 32-bit integer you enter into the sequencer line inside carcols.ymt.
Helped me immensely in figuring out a pattern.
What exactly is the sequence of numbers and do you need to change the BPM or whatever. It's a bit confusing.

Yeah its a shame. I'm not expecting to see them driving left right and centre, but at least see them occasionally driving and responding would be good. Maybe wait till OpenIV supports ymt files and there could be a way.

@Albo1125 @Soley Solution has been found by 11john11! Download this decrypted randomevents.ymt here: https://gta5-mods.com/misc/tuneable-random-events and you can configure it to your liking. Find 'SpawningChasesEnabled' and change that to False to stop them. Hopefully that should all work. :)

Is there a way to make the Ambulance and Firetruck spawn in traffic somehow, driving about but also responding to calls? I tried editing popgroups.dat and popcycle.dat but they do not spawn. Any help appreciated.

@Albo1125 Yeah I think he's on about the GTA random events, do you know how to reduce or edit them in some way? I imagine its in a data file somewhere or it may be hardcoded which is unlikely.

I would also like to know this. At the moment I don't think it's possible due to their audio strings not being located, but I do hope someone can give us some input on it.
