  1. Totally agree. I meant everything in the realm of firefighters, including medical and traffic collisions. The only problem I have with using Bravehearts script is that you have to force events. So there is no downtime waiting for calls, which is part of the fun. But I will go check out the EMS script!
  2. Yes, I know. The idea is cursed. A mod turned into drama and bans left and right. It seems every time a fire mod is mentioned, it dies a horrible death... But, could there be hope? In light of Bravehearts policing mod, which places victims and fires randomly (I'm pretty sure) throughout Liberty City, how hard would it be to alter it a pinch and make a full FDLC mod?

  4. I seriously don't get it! At all! Nothing disparaging against anyone here but... is this like the sailor moon fan craze of the 90's? And why MLP? Why not care bears or something? Am I being punked on a worldwide scale?!
  5. Im getting the same message I got when LCPDFR was down last night about a temporary error. I got a different error message when I tried to login but when I tried it again I just got the server error...
  6. Okay, solved my problem. The secret is MS paint sucks, but I made a transparent png with paint.net and left it clear and saved over that file I mentioned. Although you cant tell that there is glass there, I prefer to think the LCPD just has fantastic windex.
  7. Ive found on multiple occasions that if you head in the direction the officer was running, (But usually gives up) you'll find someone running. Not sure if this is who the cop was chasing, but I got shot at by at least three of these people. The officer assistance seems to range from them just standing there to a shootout... Again, not sure if its intentional, but its what happened to me.
  8. Ive only found one that is marked gta_glasswindows2. I just made it blank... Hopefully this works. Thanks a lot! Edit: Apparently I got the right file, but just leaving it blank made it a solid color (Which you cant see through. Not entirely sure how to make it transparent...
  9. Well, mapping is beyond my skills. Do you have any idea what texture I would replace or edit, or are they not uniform for most cars?
  10. So I use the first person mod which is just great, but most of the cars wind shields are way too dark, and I run alot of peds over. Mostly in my CVPI. Is there a way to either brighten or remove the windshield?
  11. Im absolutely sure there will be a readme... That we wont read because we're too excited... So we'll figure it out as we go! As for GTA 5, I look at it like this. LCPDFR has practically become its own game, I doubt the devs would scrap it just because GTA 5 comes out. Its like scrapping mega man because metroid came out! Do not fret!
  12. With the complete understanding that the script is seperate from LCPDFR, itd be absolutely peachy if we could somehow get back up for pursuits. And I do still have remaining markers sometimes from collision calls. It doesnt affect gameplay, and I havent accidentally driven back to the scene, so no complaints.
  13. Quick question... After every instance, to delete the marker you have to go "available" again... Once you go available, another is dispatched within 20 seconds. In the descrip, it says the time varies. So, are we supposed to go available or wait for another to pop up? I really dont mind my gps littered in instances, I just want to know if another is coming my way. By the way, this is the best way to do call outs, random and diverse. You sir deserve 17 internet medals for this.
  14. Since when did AHS have K9? But. very cool stuff, its good to see Alberta getting some mods!
  15. So I stop a car, walk up to the ol' window, run a test, and he takes off. Cool beans. However, LCPDFR doesnt cancel the ol traffic stop, and it sometimes crashes. Anybody have a workaround? (In my stopping procedure, I mean. The mod is ridiculously awesome.)
