Not sure if this is something with LSPDFR, RPH or the callouts, but I've noticed something after the update to LSPDFR 0.3 and RPH 0.34.

Whenever I go to a police station to go on duty, there are no issues what so ever with the number of tow trucks, prisoner transports or callouts.

If I use the walk-jump-F9 combination to go on duty, I get multiple transports, multiple tow trucks and I am spammed with 4-6 callouts at once, making it completely random which of them I can accept when pressing Y.

    me too. it's very weird

    are you clicking parse?

    added hopefully more clear directions

" select your custom backup.xml file, and your output folder then click parse, it should create a new file in the output folder named backup.xml or will overwrite backup.xml if it is contained in the output folder.  "

if that doesn't work let me know.

Yes but what is different about the new file?

Currently, its exactly the same.  On the next update it should only be the two "Front" Cameras.

hmmmm. nothing is beeping for cars behind me when using the police bike. or cars going other diection?

i guess cars behind me have no front numberplates and cars going the other direction are out of range?

    EDIT

just realised, no rear ones, only side, my mistake

Correct, stolen vehicles are flagged, but active owner warrants are not.

I have never used Rage Computer and I cant guarantee the accuracy of the records it produces.  I will test it today and see if there is a discrepancy within that system.

The slight beep is the camera system detecting a number plate within it field of view.  When you get an alert it will be a different slight louder and longer beep.  I'm attaching an example of the camera field of view.

what does it look like for police bike do you know? as i was using that for Hwy Patrol

I think I found the issue, what police vehicle are you using? I tested this with an added police car, and it was able to turn on, and I would hear beeping noises, but no message would appear. When I used a police car that wasn't added in, I got the correct messages. This is possibly the problem. Maybe the creator could change it so you could enable and use it in any car, not just police. That way, there shouldn't a restriction on what police vehicles you can use.

here's a response from Danielle when i messaged them about this

The probability of the system being set off is fairly low. The quiet beep you hear is the scanning of the number plate.  Once it gets a hit, you should hear a louder and longer beep accompanied by a notification in the bottom left of the screen.

Yeah, unfortunately LSPDFR doesn't seem to flag vehicles when the plates are ran.  The only way to confirm ATM is to get the ID of the driver and see if it is a match to the registered owner.

my two police computers disagreed. rage computer said right owner. police computer said stolen

So i have been using this for a bit now and i really like it but (and this is a big but) i would love to have it tie in with LSPDFR warrant systemm so when it actually scans someone and gives the details we will see that this vehicle has a warrant and if we do a radio check on that same vehicle using LSPDFR we will see that the specific vehicle does indeed have a warrant on it. because of how early in it stage it is i don´t want to give a review as of yet this doesn´t mean i don´t like it but it means that i absoluteley love it but i want to wait a bit to see more features so i can give my review (even though this already deserves five stars) Amazing work!

  8. No it doesn't. What it means is that it includes textures for those cars. It's standard practice here not to include models in texture downloads.

I completely agree with you, I would post the guidelines but somebody already has.

HOWEVER, it isn't "standard practice" as far as I can see, because all other textures I've downloaded have included the cars. is this just a vehicle addon thing? like if the vehicle isn't stock you only include textures? Because as I said, all retextures of stock vehicles include a model.

    WIP. I'm taking suggestions(if I can:smile:)

Still couldn't figured out how to enable multiple livery(plz help...), so I made color variations instead just like unmarked cruiser

    fuck i want that!

when will it be released? (if it will be)

also is this a retexture of existing addon or standalone?

  10. having an installation issue.

    the path "update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> patchday2ng >> levels >> gta5 >> vehicles.rpf" doesn't exist

    update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> patchday2ng looks like this:

    patchday2ng.png

    EDIT

    I THINK I FOUND IT: Grand Theft Auto V >> update >> x64 >> dlcpacks >> patchday2ng >> dlc.rpf >> x64 >> levels >>gta5 >> vehicles.rpf

    sound right?

    EDIT AGAIN

    it works!
