  1. @timnboys Just a FYI, your plugin seems to conflict with the 'Spotlight' plugin. Yours will crash when the spotlight plugin is loaded and yours will crash there after if you try to load it while the spotlight plugin is running.

    Thinking about it - it would be possible to have a setting where you could specify a "default" agency in case the callout doesn't set it.  i'll give it some thought.

    That sounds great! The thing is, I've changed the game agencies to fit where I live such as Maryland State Police for hwy patrol, PG County police for the county etc. Those angencies would not appear in the allotted box regardless of callout developers yanno? And I personally do not load or put in say FBI callouts if I am playing as State troopers. Great stuff anyway you slice it though.

    Hey Jordan, I have also noticed on the Hawick ave carjacking callout no matter where It tells you the location is

    (such as grapeseed) the callout will always stat at Hawick ave.

    1: Open OpenIV

    2: Go to the top bar and click "Tools"

    3: Click "ASI Manager" Its the fifth option down

    4: Uninstall and reinstall "ASI Loader"

    5: Restart your PC

    I understand that not deleting the OpenIV.asi may have worked for you and that is great, however the purpose of me telling him to do so is because the problem isn't just the ASI. loader. If you are going to recognize my solution, please post the solution I posted without altering it.

    I already had done exactly what you mentioned above... I found out that it will load into story mode when I have ELS.asi installed in mainfolder but not AdvancedHookV.dll.. but come to the same. I'm really getting frustrated because I had tried so many different scenarios now and nothing really had helped with this 😕

    Ok let's start there. Open your Anti-virus and make sure you do an exception for AdvanceHookV.dll. A tell tell sign that it was being blocked is if you put in the file and the first letter is uppercase but once tou do an exception the file in the main directory becomes lowercase. Try that and see what happens. You have A LOT of asi files that are being loaded. I would also check to see if any of those have updates. Some asi are known to conflict with other asi files when one or more is outdated.

    Ok well without being able to see logs or the inside of the game itself I'm flying blind unfortunately. Sometimes once I hear the symtoms I have a good idea of the issue but without anything to look at I will not be able to help. I want you to try this. You have a mods folder correct? If so, (I really reccomend you do if you don't) copy the common.rpf file from the main directory and put it in your mods folder.

    Also do these things:

     

    1) Update your Gameconfig.xml (VERY Important) path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

    2) Update to the latest RageNativeUI:   https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases

     

    3) Update the latest ScripthookV: https://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

     

    4) Update the ScripthookDotNet to the latest: https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases

     

    5) Graphics driver make sure you have the latest.

     

    6) Make sure if you have this that it is the latest Works VERY well with stopping crashes: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster 

     

    7) Another awesome file that should be added with the packfile-limit-adjuster to stop or decrease game error and crashes: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/cweaponinfoblob-limit-adjuster

     

    7) If you have this in your game remove because it is broken. You would need to increase the numbers in the file for it to function: CScenarioPoint

     

    All of these updates are are vital. Some may seem like they do not effect the other but trust me they do.

    Rage is also not loading properly since the new update to 1.89...

    Rage is crashing directly at loading process telling me always that it's running already.. even it is not... Because of this rage isn't creating a Log file... 😕

    Ok, let's try this then, can you post a screen shot of your main directory, and plugins folder, (the LSPDFR folder).  Alos I need a bit more information: when GTAV  updated did you try to run it and it would not load? Or did the for GTAV happen and you put the new LSPDFR update in and rage would not load? Also did you use the auto install for LSPDFR or manual install?  I want to gauge all that was updated. You also said, "The only method for the moment is deleting the ELS.asi to get the game to load". So did the game load, with the exception of the els.asi file, and now will not load at all?

    What is happening? ELS is crashing or the game will not load? If the game itself is crashing please post your Ragehook.log and Scripthook log. Note: from just what you've mentioned it sound like it could be your antivirus. Open your antivirus and go to the exception location. Go to FILE in the location of your GTA directory and click on the ELS.asi file. reboot your pc and see if that fixed it if not please post logs as requested above.

    Well there are two good things about this though; 1) He didn't abandon his mod so it is still a good chance he will update it and 2) He was just logged in on monday. Here's hoping for the best.

    Do this step by step. Open your main GTA directory and open OpenIV. In the directory you are going to delete the "OpenIV.asi" file. Then go to OpenIV and go to "Tools" at the top. Once in tools, go to "ASI MANAGER" and click on it. Press the "uninstall"  on Asi Loader. Then Press the "Install" button on both. Once both are installed, close out everything and REBOOT YOUR PC. After reboot log back on game and see if they are working. Please come back and tell me what happen.

    It sounds like you did not put the xml file in the ELS folder that matches the police slot you are using.

    Every ELS made vehicle should come with a xml els file. If you do not have the xml file for the police slot you are using the lights will not work.

    During pursuits you press "N" for the pursuit menu from LSPDFR and turn "Tactics" off when you do not want the AI police to try to pit the suspect. They will just chase the suspect according to your input on the menu.

    Does it occur at all spawn points or just some?

    Is it possible the car models are mixed up in the ini?

    And are you using any sort of custom uniforms?

    EDIT: Something I may have forgotten to mention in the INI is that for TrafficStopBackup only the cars you have set for Blaine County and Los Santos are used. If its in the city it will use whatever is set to the LosSantos slot, and if its anywhere but in Los Santos it will use whatever is in the Blaine County slot. This is due to the fact that I have yet to figure out a way to differentiate between zones other than "city" and "not city."

    Ok, thank you! What is happening is I turned my entire sheriff agency into Maryland State Troopers. So I use the sheriff vehicle all over the entire map as the state police. I turned the hwy patrol state police into Maryland State also driving police4 unmarked in full uniform. My police slots 1,2,3 are all regular LSPD police turned PG County police. When I am in the city I changed the INI so the sheriff is the vehicle of choice, however when the callout spawns anywhere that LSPD would norm patrol the sheriff vehicle will spawn but still have the LSPD driver. I know that there is a setting on what agency is used in what area in the LSPDFR main folder so I'm wondering could that have something to do with it. I'm using the stock police, I just edited the uniforms to look like Maryland State Police for the Sheriff and Prince George's County Police for city.

    This is how my INI is setup:

    LosSantos = sheriff
    BlaineCounty = sheriff
    LosSantosCounty = sheriff
    StatePolice = police4

     

  13. @NWpilot07 Thank you for adding the option for the lights on trafficstop! I have one other suggestion I think would be great for the traffic stop callouts: could you make the endings so the officer do not "rush off". After he speaks to the driver he runs to his car and just pull off running everything over. Also when picking which police agency the vehicle changes but the officer do not match the agency. For instance, if I choose the sheriff to be the one calling for backup itwill be the sheriff car, but have LSPD officer driving it. Other than this I LOVE THIS CALLOUT PACK!!
