1. I have read through all those threads and nothing fits.
2. All additional components you listed are installed. Moreover I did an automatic installation of LCPDFR and I saw that component installation window marked all as ok.
3. LCPDFR 0.95 is completely uninstalled. I double checked with the guide you gave me a link to.
4. I run the game as administrator.
5. DEP is off
6. I posted my computer's specs above.
7. I run the following mods (all are the latest versions):
- AnyTaxiScript (yes the one from the .net scripthook's developer examples)
- EmergencyRecover (http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/emergency-recover-f22756 )
- Havoc! (http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/havoc-f22844 )
- Policing
- PTS ( http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/person-transport-service-f21639 )
- SpartanFist
- TrafficFlow
- UndertakerService ( http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/undertaker-service-f22062 )
- vdH_MedicalExaminer
- vdH_PoliceHelper
- vdH_TowService
8. The 4 mods which I wrote myself (EmergencyRecover, Havoc!, PTS, UndertakerService) only get active by certain key strokes and E is not one of them. So I don't think they conflict.

As soon as I aim at any driver in a vehicle and press E, the game crashes immediately.
I don't use any custom models or custom cars.
Computer specs: Intel I5 CPU, 8GB RAM, Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, ATI Radeon 6800 Series -
That sounds good, but there aren't any pregnant women models. Maybe use a fat cop as the pregnant girl? lewl.
Hilarious!

How about escorting a man with his pregnant wife to the next hospital?

This would make my mod dependent on yours. So all users who want to use my mod must also install LCPDFR.
I guess I will use a static non-cop model instead. -
Whenever I'm in a police car and I spawn a driver by using my Havoc! mod the driver "forgets" his job in order to participate in a pursuit if it's nearby.
I flag the driver as mission character (by calling the IsRequiredForMission() method in the .net ScriptHook) but that's useless as long as this flag isn't queried in the LCPDFR code.
Also setting BlockPermanentEvents to true doesn't help.

Okay I just did a manual install and I removed all mods except for LCPDFR 1.0 but it's still the same. Face it, it's a bug!
