It's still one if the most idiotic thing iv ever seen. And I'm sorry gio, but anyone who hashes out the money for it is being foolish. That said, there is actually no reason for hashing out money in wows because you can earn, more easily than you think, the ingame currency for buying premiums. Iv played both wows and wot, and wows is def so much better (if only wargaming.net would learn from their own sub devs).

Former U.S. President George H.W. Bush has died at the age of 94, his son George W Bush has announced.

George Bush Sr passed away at 22:10 local time on Friday (04:10 GMT Saturday), a family spokesperson said.

He served as the 41st US president between 1989 and 1993, his term defined by the end of the Cold War and the first Iraq war against Saddam Hussein.

Bush's health had been failing in recent years but he still managed to make public appearances.

In April, he was admitted to hospital with a blood infection but had since been discharged.

President Bush died seven months after his wife, Barbara.

So, Ive been thinking about this long time now, but i think i made the right choice, I am going to leave lcpdfr.com. I've just been fed up with most of the situations on here, from lots of hate comments to 1 stars review for a typo, Firstly, I never told this anyone but the hate i get from people on normal dms is just too much, people just telling me to delete stuff cuz its too quiet, to a siren that did pretty good and they guy says it dosent contain a e.g. Hilo tone for a 1 star review. So you might ask where im going to go, Im not sure yet.... but i might make my own discord server or go to a different page like gta-mod-center or gta5-mods, I will (if im not going to be too lazy) a update to this of where im going to go, Soooo.... Goodbye everyone, Hopefully The haters will not follow me, Also I am going to leave my mods untouched here so they will still be able to be downloaded, i might comeback i might not, it just depends to the community now. for the last time now, Bye to everyone that supported me.

I've also been taking a break from the community myself for some of the same reasons you've shared. The website acts as a great hub for outstanding work from different authors, but sometimes the actual community itself can be toxic.

Anyways, take care and I hope to see you back with your work!

I am a member of this site since September 13,2013.In that time i shared round a bout 50 Files.Overall it should be more than 120 vehicles. It was an awesome time.I want to thank everybody who supported me in this time.A lot of people messaged me why my stuff is no longer avaible. So im gonna answer this here. You deserve it.I apologize for some missunderstanding.Im from Germany and only had school english but im gonna try my best.

There was a person (im not gonna say the name) who uploaded a part in the Developer Section. He didnt knew who was the original author was and still released it.I told him in the comments how he could dare to do such a disrespect move to the author. That comment got deleted by a Admin. So i was frustated and commented with : Nice that my comment got deleted... I got warned to stop commenting on it.But i didnt. Some people will say its your fault but i cant take this disrespect to the real author so i posted a thumbs down. That was the reason why i got a warning point.Im not banned or something but i decided to hide my files from there. Some of you are moddeling on your own and you may got a feeling in what a bad state the Modding community is.There is a huge disrespect on the work of others.I understand that admins are also people and cant remove everything within a sec.But however i dont want to attack any admins.Only the person who uploaded it.But for doing that i put my stuff down. Some of you may think thats completly overreacted.Maybe it is.But i dont want to be a part of an Toxic community anymore.Stuff like this is the reason why people leave.I also did it to show that enough is enough.Respect others work.I know Im not god and cant change the world. But i dont want to take that. This site doesnt deserved this.Alot of people put so much love in creating this site.I want to thank them.Maybe we can get back to what this site should be.A place where we can do what we all love.Modding and playing this Video Game.Help each other if there are problems.I know that still happens. But there is more toxic stuff around than good. This is maybe a part of this community. But if so,i dont want to be a member of that. Most of us are all adults.Lets keep it like this.I dont want to say that i never was chlidish. But most people are. So,like i said you deserved a statement. There it is.I hope that something changes and i can Unhide my files again.Im Still gonna post some ingame pictures. If you want to get some more informations about stuff i do at the moment or also from others.Join my Discord.
-link removed- .Just to make it clear to the Admins.I dont try to make ad for my server for *stealing* members. Its only for people who still want to be in contact with me.Again thank you ALL for this journey-I hope that this isnt the end.If you are still interested in my stuff hit me up on discord.Check my profile for Infos

I completely understand where you're coming from with this. I'm not quitting, though it may seem like it, I'm not. I am going to continue to design things, but I am going to chose more carefully who I give it to. This way the mod can't be so easily abused. I'll be doing this via Discord in the future

I do feel with the update where you have to download the file before reviewing was incredibly beneficial, the system is still easily abused, though. Sure, there's nothing we can do about it but look into the cases of misuse.

The ripped off skins were reported to staff, homeboy cursed me out and called me some things for reporting his file, but he finally added me to the credits and I dropped the argument because it wasn't worth continuing. I know it was my work that he modified because it still had the watermark chopped up in the image file.

In respect to the LSPDFR developers, they're very generous people, I concur with that. But I will say, that it has taken quite a long time for a new update. Sure, is that cockey? Maybe a little. While considering very many similar mods have been released within the time of the update, maybe not as cockey. I was just speaking my opinion on that though. I had no intent of demeaning their hours of hard work and dedication to that mod, because I seriously do appreciate how much they've put towards it.

Now speaking on the topic of the moderator's mistreatment, I will not disclose the details. All I am saying is that it did happen, but you may not have heard about it if you were not in a certain loop. Like I said in the post, I really do like many of the site staff, they're helpful folks, it's really not all of them.

Yes, I understand, people are nasty everywhere - not just here. What I'm saying is, as a community we need to come together to make that not as big of a problem. It's gotten so bad on my end and for others that I made the call to leave.

LSPDFR Community and Whomever it may Concern,

I've been around this site for a hot minute. I like to think I generally know what I'm doing when it comes to skin designing, among other things that have to do with GTA modding. In my time here, I've released exactly 81 files in just over a year of membership. That's more than most members here. I'm not saying I'm better, more qualified, or more talented than anyone else here, but I will say I have worked very hard to bring this community quality work the entire time I've been here. As of November 7th, 2018, the entirety of my file library will no longer be available on LCPDFR.

Why I'm no longer sharing my files here:

    Rude & disrespectful members:
Since starting this adventure about a year ago, I've met quite a few great people. Helpful people who give constructive feedback on my work. I've also come across people who have no regard for my intense effort to make high quality work. I've had people rip my designs, screenshots and abuse the LCPDFR review system because they didn't like my response to their rude comments, reviews, etc. For example, humans are not perfect, we all miss a few errors. If one of my screenshots has a bit too much saturation, I probably missed it, there's no need to leave a one star paragraph long essay on how much that one picture sucks. Then when I reply with something you don't like, you go and one star all of my other files, which is real mature. This is why we all can't get along, and it's annoying because if we could just learn to give constructive feedback, this wouldn't be an issue.

    Staff have treated members poorly:
In the instance I heard about, a modeler I know of was treated unreasonably poorly by a member of the LCPDFR staff. I'm not here to stir more stuff up, but come on! I'm not getting into the specifics, because that's between the member and staff, but what I will say, being on the staff of a pretty large website, you should hold yourself to a higher standard. Don't curse people out because they let you know about something of concern on the site, instead, look at it in a professional manner - and deal with it in a professional manner. This isn't all of the staff, by the way. I have had many positive encounters with site staff, and they are great people!

    Lack of substantial new things:
Yes, I understand that 0.4 is in development, near release and all. That being said, we've had the same general call-outs, scripts and such for a pretty extended amount of time. 0.3 brought many new and exiting things to this community when it was released in July 2016. Since then, we've seen the same tactics, maneuvers, and bugs over and over again. From the players' side, this should be understandable - as we all want new things to put in our game. From the developers' side, the prolonged wait is also understandable, adding many new things to the update that look like big mechanical changes. Adding ambient crimes, additional player/ped customization, menu options, etc. While this is all very cool, I personally don't think it takes 2 years to develop this. I've seen mods like "Stop The Ped" and "Interaction +" come out and be updated in a much shorter amount of time, and those plugins are considerably similar to the previewed content of the LSPDFR 0.4 release. I also understand the developers are making this in their own time, with little to no financial support. I know I'm not the only member who feels this way about the updates, or lack thereof.

    Stolen & misused content:
I'm a pretty generous person. I don't charge you for me to design a skin going to a public release or to help develop something to better the community. But, when I'm generous enough to make you textures or something of the sort, I expect you to ask me before modifying the file I made you, I also expect credit for my work as well. I've had multiple occasions on this site where I make something for someone else, and they have either posted it without my permission, modified it without my permission, or sold it without my permission. Yeah, yeah - the site admin doesn't condone any form of financial transactions.... All I'm saying is, it's really not that hard to ask to do something with my work. Most of the time I'll let you post it, modify it, whatever, I just want to know you're doing so. But, when you don't credit me, and ignore my requests for credit for my own work - it makes me pretty angry.

Members are just ugly to each other:
I've been involved in, seen and heard of so much "drama" within this community. Why? We all literally make stuff for a $60 video game. What happens is one person gets too confident about their work, then other people get upset with that person, and arguments arise. It happens in intervals, too. It's a different set of people every time. When this happens, people just leave because they get fed up with this crap. It's like a country's revolution. In this case, it keeps happening over and over again. I'm sure i'm not the first one to point these problems out, but seriously, we all need to see that we have a common goal, and drop all of the pre-existing grudges - AND WORK TOGETHER!

Finishing, I'm really not going after anybody, I don't want to start any drama. I wrote this and cleared my files because I want to see some positive change here. We're all getting tired of this toxic crap, and quite frankly, I don't think I'll be the only one to leave because of this. I think we would all like to see an improvement in how we treat each other. I'll be honest, there have been a few instances where I was somewhat rude to other members, but from those instances, I learned that it's only counter-productive to act that way. This will 110% be mis-understood, but just to be safe and repeat myself for the third time - I'm not targeting any single person in this post, I'm making this post because I want people to realize we need a positive change here, and hopefully this will help make people realize that.

Closing: Thank you to all the people who helped me get where I am today. I'm not going offline, I'm just leaving this site. I'll still be on Discord and such. Again, thanks to the following people for their support, kind words and such, it doesn't go unnoticed.

It's not ridiculous to view gun restrictions as a form of slavery when you consider the fact that some of the first gun control laws were used to prohibit blacks and Indians from purchasing firearms.

You and the others have taken his words out of context, which shows a lack of understanding his entire argument. It's not a literal comparison to slavery, but rather a conceptual comparison. The 2nd amendment is literally the only barrier between the government violating our rights as Americans.

Just because something is designed to kill someone is not an argument to restrict it.  Swords were designed to kill people and you don't argue against them.

And I am not if favor or phychos having guns, but punishing me and forcing me to be evaluated, registered, and restricted will not stop anyone from doing anything bad.  Just because someone is ok one day does not mean that they are good another day.  If I am at a store and someone enters with the intent to shoot people and I use my firearm to stop them, how would that of stopped anything?  We live in a country with guns, and taking steps to restrict lawful people from owning guns will only empower the criminal.
I have an issue with it because people would say that me thinking that I need a certain gun for self defense against other's is not a reason to own a gun.  And my distrust of my government could also be a reason to keep me from owning the guns that I want.  I have guns for self defence, from a Glock 19 to an AR15, and there are people that do not agree with me for having these guns.  There are many people that think I should be limited to a 5 shot pistol or a 10 round rifle magazine.  I don't, I feel that it is better to have more rounds and not use them, than to have less rounds and need more.

Then why is it that people get stabbed and beat to death?  You are focusing on one tool that could be used by someone to kill someone.  The point still stands, if you want to inflict harm upon other's, you don't need a gun to do so.  9/11, Boston, and the recent bombings in Texas. Banning guns or requiring mental evaluations wouldn't stop it.  You have to be prepared for the worst and hope that you can react to it.

Then why do you do your battle cry when there is a school shooting? Why not when there are shootings, stabbings, or beatings?  Everyone cries when someone shoots up a school, church, base, etc.  No one brings up these issue's any other time.

It is not irrelevant, you cannot expect to stop people from doing BAD thing's by registering a certain group of people.  Me doing mental evaluations won't stop the gang's from shooting other gang's.

And when none of those work the law failed.  When someone rapes someone and never gets caught, the law fails.  It can only be used after the fact.  I am not mixing anything, if these law's worked, then the crime that persist would be no more, yet the crime continues and people are only brought to justice after caught.

When the fuck was I for banning gays from being married?  Never, I have been against any form of refusing to allow people to marry since I was a child and I have voiced my opinion on why the state should never restrict gays from marrage.  It was a form of slavery and I have been vocal with my reps since I was young.  Gays, just like blacks, wer barred from being free individual's because someone seen fit that they should be forced to live in their image. I am against that.  Live and let live is my motto.  You live the way that you live until you start infringing upon mine, and it will be YOU, not an object, that will come into questions for your actions.

It is not my position to say who you can love, if you are a man and you love another man or if you are a woman and you love another woman and wish to marry then do so, that is not my position to deny you that.  I personally see no reason, exept for control, that the State is involved in marriage at all.

If you want to be gay, HURRAY, it doesn't bother, harm, or disrupt me.  When you start forcing me, to live by your beliefs, then I have an issue.  You live your life the way you see fit and so will I.

I want everyone here to know that I am not just an advocate for owning guns but my beliefs, in Individual Freedom, spreads farther than just owning guns. I find that Individual Liberty will alway's come before anything else and it is my belief that if we want the government to do something for us then we should hold them to the highest scrutiny.

The first reference with some explanation here.

He's referencing tax here, with "purchase a little temporary safety" literally meaning forcing people to pay for their own protection. The Governor was refusing bills to appropriate funds for the protection of the Frontier against the French and Indians because he wanted to tax the Penn lands instead.

The second reference, during the revolution. He's essentially saying that compromise will not be possible regarding "the other two acts" and they would rather go to war than alter them. The "other two acts" he is referencing are "16. The American admiralty courts reduced to the same powers they have in England, and the acts establishing them to be reënacted in America; and 17. All powers of internal legislation in the colonies to be disclaimed by Parliament" - nothing to do with guns, or even individual rights at all (source for the two acts).

    Agreed.

To be fair, that was the only real mass shooting at a school in the UK.  I do agree that a country with fewer guns does have fewer gun crimes, that is un-arguable.  But that does not mean that it curved violent crime in general.  Our current issue, at school's, is that one side is saying "why are the school's not guarded" and the other side saying "why do you need guns".

The U.S. is an extremely different country than any other country in the world.  There are soo many guns here, held by both law abiding citizens and criminals, and to punish and restrict law abiding people due to the actions of criminals does absolutely nothing to curb crime (not just gun crime).

I get it, people want to feel safe, they want children to go to school's without worry of being in a school massacre.  But the actions being proposed will not stop bad people from doing bad thing's because no law can stop bad people from doing bad things.  That is where the issue is, people do bad thing's.

I am not arguing with you, Sam, I do agree with what you have stated and they cannot be argued for they are facts and you pointed out how things are and were in the UK.

I agree, that it is unacceptable for children to be slaughtered in a school, but if you know that people will do something like this and no one does anything to secure the school's, like other public facilities, then they will alway's be targeted.

It is not the gun that is the issue but the way to deal with evil people is where the issue stands, and will always stand.

To subjugate another individual, to live the way that you see fit, is on the same path as slavery.

Riley, what's your solution? The fact of the matter is that guns were more easily accessible in the 19's, and the gun culture was identical but there were little to no school mass shootings. We aren't drowning in guns? What would you rather have? A bunch of unarmed civilians and single women who can't bear arms, because your feelings were hurt? More guns do not equal more crime, gun ownership has been increasing since the 1950's, as gun violence and homicides have decreased. Do you care about facts? Vermont and New Hampshire are the safest states in the US with the strongest gun culture, Chicago has gun homicide rates way higher than those states. You are probably going to say "Well the guns in Chicago came from other states like Indiana". Even if you remove the amount of gun homicides committed with guns from other states Chicago still has higher rates than many other states.  You have to be more specific than "drowning in guns", but it is hard to be specific when the facts aren't on your side. Many countries are drowning in gun homicides, regardless of their gun control laws. Gun laws often create an underclass, in fact that was the first intentions of gun control in the US to keep free African Americans and former slaves from bearing arms.

The weapon should be secured, a teenage high school kid shouldn't be able to go grab his/her parents weapon in a snap. That's an irresponsible gun-owner, in which the NRA and the right-wingers are against.
Most of us are also adults. The entire purpose of a debate is to put conflicting ideas onto the table and decide on which would be more efficient and effective to enact. If you aren't going to fully support your stance and just leave mid-debate, then why participate, to begin with? Seems like a wasted effort on your part to half-ass an argument and then dip, leaving your opponents even more firmly against your argument since you left unnoticed. You either formally exit the discussion, or you agree to disagree. That's how you keep your opponents from finding your opinions comical. I respect your opinion and I always have, but for someone else, it'd be easy for them to not respect it if you just leave without saying anything repeatedly.
Why someone needs any type of weapon isn't really of anyone else's concern but that person. Also, you can ask the Police. A vast majority of them are even in favor of concealed carry because they believe that it will help reduce shootings against Police and save the lives of officers. They're the people most likely to deal with gun violence on a daily basis, yet they somehow overwhelmingly support gun ownership. Hmm, interesting.
"My side", I'm not on any side in this asinine political war that we've got going on in the US. I'm on the side of freedom, liberty, and the constitution being upheld and protected from people that wish to desecrate, disobey, and disrespect it. Don't associate me with the nuts on the right side of the spectrum. Just because those teenagers survived a terrible massacre doesn't mean that they're now ready to make decisions on behalf of the entire country in regards to our gun laws. They're as ignorant now as they were before the massacre, probably even more so.
Yes, a majority of Americans are against the complete banning of any type of weapon, including weapons that very uneducated people like to call "assault rifles". Assault weapons were banned in 1986, what you're asking for is a ban on semi-automatic sporting firearms. People should really know what exactly they're talking about before they try to make laws regarding them. I think that's part of the problem with this country as a whole. I'd also like to remind you of the 10-year ban signed into law by former President Clinton, and I'd like you to compare the deaths from before to after. Because no, the beloved ban that you and a handful of other Americans want didn't and wouldn't work. The facts are not in your favor, as elaborated on in the first spoiler.
