what siren is that
The siren is not a "Vector." Federal Signal Vector is the light bar, which is what the owner was referring to. The siren is a Whelen WS320 or 321. It is often used on police motorcycles. There is one out there for GTA V.

Can anyone know where I can find the vehicle and skin pack he is using in this video?
It's all a custom WIP from Jumperman09 and is unreleased. So the skin isn't public. Sorry for any inconvenience(s).

If you havent already try the new version. I'll bet it's 1000 times better
Yeah I heard it about a week or so ago. Good job on improvement

can you make a version for FiveM please?
Sorry, I don't know how to make FiveM ready files.

I like the quality on yours, though the air horn doesn't sound authentic for some reason. The tones also sound quiet in the demo video. I found myself having to increase the volume on my headset to hear them. Could just be me
-
I love those decals. They're so clean looking. I can tell some work went into this.
-
I'm not sure if it's just me, but the siren sounds a bit too quiet. Maybe make it a bit louder?
Also, where is the hi-lo tone? Did you make it, or did you not include it intentionally?
Other than that, that's pretty cool for your first siren. Good job on your part for giving it a shot even though there's been several around like you mentioned. Thanks for providing a video sample too so people know what it sounds like -
So what exactly does this do? Does this make it to where the backup units would be the custom randomized peds that 0.4 uses? If so, that's exactly what I've been looking for but I'd probably wait until the special units are there

You should add a video of your siren so people have an idea of what they're downloading before they do

Yea I've been trying to get that loop a bit better. The downwind is weird to cut. I will try and release a better version very soon.
It's ok there is no rush I appreciate you trying a Code 3 Z3 it's my department's siren I have my own but it sounds digitalized so I always like to see what people come up with

The wail's loop doesn't sound too perfect but the rest sound okay. I give you credit for giving it a shot. We need more Z3 sirens.

I do notice the yelp but I don't hear it in the wail. I'll try and update when I can. Thank you!
The wail is a bit difficult to notice, but it just isn't looped perfectly. When it hits the end, and then starts again, I can hear the discrepancy. You're welcome. My intentions are not to discourage you from continuing working on unique things like this. I like to encourage perfection when I think it's possible. Thank you for listening to my feedback.

The wail and the yelp aren't looped so good. You can hear at the end of their tone where it cuts off just a bit. The rest of the tones sound fine. I think the siren is overall unique and it's nice to see new things on this website than the same things time to time.

Finally, something new and unique.

I made a Code 3 Z3 before with a friend of mine, but I don't feel like it's "up there" in superb quality and I don't feel like it's worth posting publicly yet. Though, it definitely doesn't have looping problems.
This Code 3 Z3 has some looping problems. Other than that, I can understand why the siren sounds "digitalized." It's because there's no air present and it's not emitting from a speaker so it doesn't make that lifelike sound. My Z3 has the same issue. Through means of tinkering around with Audacity, I was able to get close to that sound effect, but in my opinion, it didn't sound great enough to release it, and I had to spend a ton of more time getting the loop to work again and that's just a pain I don't feel like working with. I'm happy with my siren though that I have.
I know that stuff doesn't have to be superb at all to post here, but it's just my personal standards I set for myself. -
Yeah, I have to be honest, none of this makes any sense. I understand the security you decided to utilize, and it is good thinking that a president would require a lot of security. A president does require a lot of security, but in the United States of America, the president gets his protection from the local police department or state police of that state, and primarily from the U.S. Secret Service. The Secret Service does all of the work as far as personally protecting the president. The military would never get involved like this and neither would the fire department or E.M.S. The only time you'll probably see E.M.S. is at the back of the motorcade or somewhere around. There'll only be one ambulance for the president as that ambulance contains the president's blood type and slightly more advanced equipment capable of aiding the president. I also feel like the amount of U.S. flags around the area is too much. The scene doesn't have to look utterly busy to be great, it just has to be realistic. After all, you do want quality over quantity. Or a bit of both. It varies on the situation.
However, I suppose put you put some sort of effort and thought into it. Just not with the realism aspect. You'll get better eventually. -

do you know any other sirens to do?
Well, I recommended the Code-3 Z3 because that's the siren my department uses, but I suppose you can work something out with that someday. A siren I could recommend you to make is the Code-3 V-Con.

Huh, that's interesting.. There could be a problem with the file itself maybe or it could just be an Audacity problem. I'm not sure if the files will work with Sony Vegas because that's what I have. I also have Audacity but I use Vegas more often.

I got the files but when im trying to open it with audacity it says it is in incorrect format and i got it as .wav
Maybe try and convert it to a .mp3 if that doesn't work. Then when finished, you could probably convert it back to a .wav

Ok, i will do that in some time. Thanks for the offer!
You're welcome. I was amazed by this siren because it's the only SVP SS siren that actually sounds like the real thing in GTA V that I know of. Because of your amazing work, I think it would be cool if you took a shot at making the Code 3 Z3, since no one has actually made one for GTA V before.

Do you think you'd be able to publish a YouTube video to demonstrate what this mod does?

I didn't see a video demonstration for the siren. May you please post the demonstration via video format like YouTube? That way we can hear how it sounds before installing it. Thanks.
