    Try these values. It will allow the cars to catch fire and take a longer time to blow up, I believe. Also, they are the most realistic i've found

     

    (Dc) CollisionDamageMultipler 2.0
    (Dw) WeaponDamageMultipler 0.5
    (Dd) DeformationDamageMultipler 2.5
    (De) EngineDamageMultipler 2.0

     

     

    Well unfortunately they still do blow up within 5 seconds, when the back tires catch on fire. It's just annoying because then there's a big chain reaction of explosions one after the other. Is there a way to disable the car from blowing up once the back tires catch on fire? They explode too fast.

  2. Change the handling line. Change the numbers for (Dc) CollisionDamageMultipler to 0. This will disable the damage caused by collisions, don't worry the car will still deformate. And change (Dw) WeaponDamageMultipler to 0 as well, this way you won't be able to blow up cars with weapons. 

     

    Alright but I want cars to catch on fire and burn for a longer time. Does changing those values do this?

  3. Make the amount of people in a group dynamic. Could be 10-20, but not to exceed the maximum before FPS loss. This is what I'd like to see:

     

    1) Peds holding signs (probably stop/construction signs with new texture) can be moving in a group or gathered in an area, such as the museum or in the middle of the road blocking traffic.

    2) Unruly peds start fighting with each other 

    3) Unruly peds tossing molotov cocktails randomly. Maybe one is carrying a weapon and randomly start attacking police

    4) Unruly peds throwing people out of their cars and beating them up

    5) Cars on fire and burning and do not explode. Blown up cars spawning randomly and on fire

     

     

     

  4. I think it would be a cool idea to see some protests and riot call outs. Keep the crowd under control, make arrests if needed, disperse large gatherings. Maybe somebody can add a plugin?

     

    Make the amount of people in a group dynamic. Could be 10-20, but not to exceed the maximum before FPS loss (Wasteland Plugin has a callout of a person laying down on the ground and peds all gather around). This is what I'd like to see:

    2) Unruly peds start fighting with each other

    Another idea I just thought of would be to have some drug raids inside those apartments you can enter. NOOSE and a few patrol units could be at the scene already or on the way upon your arrival. Some guys will be heavily armed and fire upon officers, others will attempt to flee away. 

  5. Narrowed it down to the shaders folder in the  common folder.

    When I used the vanilla folders of those 9 above, lightbars are no longer transparent. Now I'm gonna add 1 by 1 and see which folder(s) are causing the problem.

     

    UPDATE:

     

    So I replaced each folder one by one and when I got to folder win32_30_nv8, that's when I noticed that the lightbars become transparent!! Now which file could it be?

     

    UPDATE 2:

     

    Went through the win32_30_v8 folder and came across "gta_vehicle_vehglass.fxc". That appears to be the culprit. Once I switched it with vanilla gta_vehicle_vehglass.fxc, the lightbars are no longer transparent.

    Neither Jaso or I know what seems to be causing this bug. I thought it was the shaders folder, but Jaso says it's not and even made a video showing him install his new updated ENB and his game does not have the same problem as mine does. I reinstalled GTA IV, then installed Vision ENB and nothing else and still that didn't work. I tried changing GAME > SPEEDHACK = false, and that did not work. Anyone have an idea what could be the issue?

  7. The game will not recognize customized controls unless you turn on direct input. I think you might also have to assign all of the other buttons as well, but maybe not.

     

    Edit: Or maybe direct input has to be off, not sure.

     

    I want to use ELS keys on my controller's DPad...
