  1. San Andreas is a state as far as I know, so I doubt it'll be called "SAPD". Out of curiosity though... Why buying so many versions of the game? I mean, couldn't you wait for either one of those versions to come out? Looks like a bit of a waste of money on this.

I meant LSPD oops. I bought it on 360 because it looked awesome. Sold it and bought the One version for the new features, didn't want to wait with all the delays.

  2. Hmmm... I bought it on Xbox 360... Bought it on Xbox One... Now looks like I'm gonna have to buy it on PC! I hope to see an SAPDFR mod this year. I also hope there will be tools to modify weapons, vehicle damage and a trainer! Would be nice if it was as simple as was with GTA IV.

  3. After installing the 1.0d hotfix, the configuration tool is gone. I re-installed LCPDFR and it appeared but then it disappeared again. Anyone know what the problem is?

Just found out that Bitdefender keeps deleting it and says that the file is infected. Every time I recover the file Bitdefender removes it. It didn't do this before in the previous versions of LCPDFR

    Edit:  Fixed.

    No need for support anymore.

  4. Do you know for a fact he doesn't have another weapon on him? Would you be willing to bet your life on him not having a knife or another gone on his person? After he already had a gun in the car, I wouldn't.

    --------------

On the other hand, I think it's badass that cops are using CAR.

No I don't know that but what I do know was he had nothing in his hands and they were up. If he had quickly put his arm in his jacket or in his pants then I could see why the officer fired multiple rounds into the guy but the fact is he had his hands up. It's clear this officer had a huge adrenaline rush, panicked and shot the guy.

  5. but still... if a cop has a gun pointed at you and says that you need to stay in the car, would you get out?

Look I get where you're going with this, and no I wouldn't get out. How I see this and how you see it are completely different. The cop had the guys gun already. The guy got out with his hands up even though he was told not to, but I believe he should not have shot him so quick, especially 6 times. The adrenaline rush got to him

  6. the officer said that he needed to stay in the car...

He still had his hands up.

Dashcam footage of a black male being shot dead by two police officers in December last year has been recently released.

The two officers pulled over the vehicle for running a stop sign and upon approaching the vehicle one of the officers spotted a firearm in the passenger side glove compartment where Jerame Reid (the man gunned down) was sitting. The officers warned Jerame several times not to reach for the firearm and to sit still before Jerame exited the vehicle, forcing the officers to shoot him several times. Before Jerame exited the vehicle, it looked as if the black officer retrieved the fire-arm from the glove compartment however this is not yet confirmed. The two officers are currently on paid leave while the state attorney investigates.

    Warning: Video contains graphic content.

With the influx of recent police related shootings and racial protests, do you think this too will spark something? One of the officers was black however a white officer was involved.

I saw it. He did retrieve his gun. The cop had two guns in his hand.

  7. I've watched this video tonight, and I felt my faith in humanity getting restored, so I felt like I should share. Maybe some of you have watched it already, but oh well. It was really touching, and it shots down the stereotypes people have about homeless people.

    Try not to tear up!

And the follow up... It's good that this guy is helping him out, but I kinda agree with some of the people commenting. It does seem like he's exploiting this guy for the views and to boost his ego by recording everything. I believe that if you're really helping someone out of the kindness of your heart then you shouldn't be showing off to the world trying to get approval and praise from millions of viewers which in return you get paid for for monetizing. Still very touching.

  8. There's not really any point in having the rest of the game looking fantastic and then my ELS looks like crap, it just throws the hole thing out of whack. If there were enough decent Non-ELS models out there I'd just go back to them because Non-ELS lights look great with with RealityIV 2.0.

I was using Cry ENB on the very low setting and the game looked great with no/minimal FPS loss but my ELS lighting looked like I was still using stock settings.

    I really hope so.

    Cheers!

When you were using CryENB, did you change the other emissive to a higher number? The one included is pretty low.

  9. I will walk them in and walk them around, im not hiding shit, I have nothing to hide so. I will show them everything.

Yeah that's not how it works. They come in, hand you papers, tear your whole home apart and there's not a damn thing you can do about it. Oh and once they're done, they leave your home trashed and a mess.

I for one am against this whole spying on everybody and it is our right to have privacy. I can't stand how everything comes with a freakin camera built in now such as tablets, smartphones, tv's, handheld gaming systems. You could be watched by someone right now on either of those devices and you wouldn't even know because there are ways to hack your cameras without the red led turning on. I usually put something over the front facing camera on my devices to block any pictures or video being snapped or recorded.

And certain keywords and phrases that you look up can get the police knocking at your door or put on a watch list. I'm concerned about this because I occasionally look up GTA IV and GTA V mods, Police equipment, cars, guns for ideas for mods and what not  or graphic videos on liveleak and they might consider me a threat, which I'm not, but if they ever did come knocking on my door with a warrant because of what I have been searching for, then they could just go into my home and do whatever they wanted and that's fucked up.

  10. Found this... Very disturbing. When I hear in the news someone was killed, it doesn't really hit me..  but when you see images of the scene and hear the live calls on the radio, it hits me hard.  You can even hear some thug screaming at the cops, can hear some cheering and booing. This is really sad :/
