Okay, I Think I've Settled

What agency is this based?  I don't really like the all-red details, it looks almost like a fire-vehicle or EMS?

It seems very ems/fire. I'm not sure if it fits as a police livery. I kinda dig it tho.

Agreed. I was going to go for a red white and blue theme but haven't figured out how to incorporate the blue yet. This is based off no one, that I know of. I just made it up.
