I'm assuming Caine then based this skin on Yard's firetruck but probably with his own ambulance skin (which was the inspiration for Yards firetruck skin) as a base to start off from as there are some differences here and there which seem to be from the original ambulance skin. Either way, Caine did a nice job with the original ambulance design, and it still looks good on a firetruck. Quote Link to comment
