Good effort of making this texture

Hey i have a question from where do you get your textures to make it on your own cars 

and Do you use Photoshop to create those (includes a link shows me how to create one : Youtube....etc)

Because i am working on Adder Police car i hope to be loved by members

Ever seen The Place Beyond The Pines? Old and new Schenectady cruisers all over that movie. 

Nope. Being That It Was Mostly Based on Police Corruption and Pretty Much Considering My City as an "Example of a Poor Society". Which is False and Completely Statistically Unsupported. But Yes I Did See The PD Cars :) 

I live in Schenectady county but in the town of Niskayuna but I go to school in Colonie so I see Colonie, Niskayuna, Albany, and of course Schenectady Police cars all the time! They're so cool looking though!

You shoould make a Colonie or Nisky skin
