Roseville Police Crown Victoria Police Interceptor w/The blue and red steady burns.

So here is my roseville police CVPI. The reason why I have a red steady burn for my els config because in real life california state law requires all california emergency vehicles to have a red steady burn light. The reason why the blue is also steady burn is because it's part of RPD's lighting pattern. Here is a video that I took from a safety fair of RPD's lights.
