I do sincerely apologise, I placed all my downloaded Ford LTD's in a map for future work and forgot to place your name as one of the makers. 

I believed it to be Kinksta100 as the model maker, I shall of course include your name in the finished pack credit list. 

Very nice work anyhow on the Ford, one of my favorite vehicles to patrol the highways with. 

​You don't have to do that. It's just nice to see someone using my version of the model.

For clarification though, I didn't make the model, I only put the equipment on it. If you're only uploading textures, you don't have to include anything other than your name in the credits.
