April 22nd, 2015. High speed pursuit ends at the harbor, turning into a large scale shootout. Multiple officers were shot dead before reinforcements could arrive. All suspects are deceased at this time.

That's great. Really interesting perspective. How did you get that? Camera tool (mod)?

​Thats just the regular gta iv view angles, just press v and eventually you'll get this kind of overhead view.
