Ah, right. My mistake. I found this on the GTA wiki: "In Grand Theft Auto V, the anime was supposed to broadcast, but some parents are aware of issues to young males who makes erotic and possbly raping cosplayers at schools, thus the anime show banned from airing on TV (although it is already banned since the beginning of the game)."

Apparently one of the characters' names is 'Master Hentai'. Oh god.
