Suspicious Tree

Arrived on scene to be greeted by a witness.
Despite the recent high winds the tree was apparently illegally felled by a local resident as part of an ongoing argument between the locals in the area.
Sadly due to a lack of evidence + CCTV the investigation has been suspended
