My ENB does not like ELS

Is there anyway to make the lights brighter. Or is that the best it can do.

You can manually adjust the car lighting within the visualsettings.dat file, and the bloom settings within your enb.ini file... or, try using the available visualsettings.dat file from BxBug's or Luminance visualsettings.dat file.
